Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I am applying for Inspector because of a few reasons, the first of which is the enjoyment of ISD. As many people would have know I only recently re-joined the server a couple weeks ago and the very first thing I did was head straight back into ISD as I felt during my previous time on the server I enjoyed the role but decided to push forwards elsewhere to SA, after my return I have jumped right back into the fold with ISD and been having a blastm especially with the changes made to ISD and the operations we have been getting put forwards to us. For this reason I wish to become an inspector as I have been enjoying and putting in more towards ISD than any other role I currently have on the server.
My second reason for wanting Inspector is that I wish to help organise ISD in its day to day running, it's operations and also act as a teacher/mentor to both new and existing members. Already within these 2 weeks of being back I feel as though I have been helping a large group of ISD members in learning the basics and helping them out in other areas such as information on the FLC, following proper procedure for arrests and searches for wanted criminals and finally on using their own initiative to facilitate an arrest or to show leniency on newer players as it is extremely discouraging to force someone into a cell when they are new and not sure of the rules.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe I am suitable for Inspector for 3 distinct reasons: Experience, Passion and Dedication.
As I listed above before I have been an ISD member before back when it was named Internal Affairs, although I did not make any attempts to rise through the ranks at the time I spent several months as an agent performing the basics of IA for a good deal of time, aside from the IA experience itself I have also spent a vast amount of time in almost every area in the server, E-11, Nu7, Ethics, Research, GSD etc... Because of this I have a good knowledge on each respective departments protocols and procedures which is a necessity for enforcing the FLC. I have also had time as an ECA performing operations with the assistance of O-1 along with leading many successful raids in CI showing my ability to lead others in situations, organise groups of people and adapt to circumstances as they change around us.
As shown with my reasoning to become Inspector I have been thoroughly enjoying ISD, as I did in the past with IA, and have developed a Passion to pursue a path in ISD and attempt to assist others in doing the same. Overall I want to push ISD continuously in the right direction and help make it a beloved and enjoyable group to both play on and interact with on site with an RP heavy focus, I want to keep pushing ISD on the trajectory we are on now, a fair group who are here to ensure the internal integrity of the site not a group designed to punish and one that is completely neutral within the foundation and has no bias to any one person or party.
Finally I am dedicated towards pursuing this passion I have found, the first instance of this dedication can be found with the creation of this application itself but more than that I have been an active member of ISD, I have spoken my mind in any meeting or situation I have been in and always attempted to do what I truly believe to be the right thing in each and every situation. I am dedicated in becoming a progressive and reliable member of ISD and wish to assist anyone I can as best as I can to ensure a better tomorrow for the Internal Security Department.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe an Ideal Inspector is one who directly interacts with agents and investigators more than any other CL4 in ISD, they are the ones who organise and direct agents/investigators in their duties and oversee the completion of orders/operations. An ISD Inspector must be someone who is easily approachable and more than willingly to assist in teaching and guiding ISD members towards how to properly perform their duties, they should also clearly show themselves to be the first point of contact for other departments within the site (for anything other than the standard FLC violation), be willingly to answer questions around the FLC and site policies to those who seek answers/guidance and be the ones dealing with lower down internal issues in ISD.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I wouldn't say I have wrote anything particularly major, not something such as a policies document for a department or documents that have been used by many others for a significant amount of time. Most of my document writing has been in Research and ECA as such a lot of them are one off documents made for research or documents made for orders under the Ethics Committee which only they would have viewed, although I have made some documents to contribute towards RP such as proposals for FLC changes and policy changes in a few areas.
What makes a good quality major document to me would be one that excels in the creation of RP which many people will use for a significant time to come, along with this I believe all standard document guidelines commonly used for all to be clearly paramount to it's quality such as SPAG and clarity in words so that people can understand what you are writing easily, without the need to ask what it means.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
An Inspector is responsible for maintaining the standard duties of an ISD investigator and in addition the standard duties of all CL4 personnel within the foundation such as closing PW blast doors and authorising AA when they are the highest on. As said previously Inspectors are responsible for training/guiding members of ISD, dealing with internal ISD issues with agents and investigators such as corruption or neglect of duty, organising and leading agents and investigators in their standards duties, orders and operations. Most importantly Inspectors should be setting an example to others in site, for agents and investigators this should be an example of how they should act and for other personnel in the site they should be an example of the standards in ISD as the first point of contact for other departments.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I would be a good person for a leadership position due to my previously stated experience but also because I believe I can and do set an example for others within ISD to maintain a great standard in the department, I also strongly believe in total fairness and being unbiased in all things revolving around the job and it duties. I also believe that I can be a good member of leadership as I believe in creating a strong and respectful relationship between other departments and people across the site.

Location: London Liverpool street
Police arrived on the scene after receiving multiple phone calls about a stabbing in the area, at 15:30 police were dispatched to Liverpool street and arrived at 15:35 to a stampeded of frightened people screaming and running. The police would push past the crowd and head towards the underground with every step forwards the area got quieter and quieter as the sound of screams would soon fade for the silence of the empty halls, eventually the police would arrive to the tube as the train would pass by. Once the whizzing of the train had gone and they could hear the sound of water dropping to the ground and they moved in closer but found there was no water, no a single drop of hollow liquid but instead a crimson red crossing across the ceiling, as they moved forwards and turned the corner they would see it. The corpse of Chloe Masters would come into view and next to her sitting in shock was her husband Terrance Masters with a knife in his hands covered in blood. The police quickly arrested Terrance and at 15:47 he was taken to Liverpool prison and forensic personnel were sent in with a detective to corner off and document the crime, it was then when Detective Klaus Schroder heard found something hiding in the shadows. He approached it and found a child covered in blood the detective quickly took him to near by ambulance crews for assistance and would begin questioning the child.

Young Jacobi Masters was adopted by detective Klaus Schroder after the death of his mother and imprisonment of his father, Klaus would often go hunting with his newly adopted son, a sport Young Masters would enjoy thoroughly, taking him out to hunt pheasants, foxes and deer. Young Masters would eventually taking up cooking showing a distinct interest in the preparation of various meats, working the chopping board like a master before long and eventually finding his favourite recipe which he delighted in cooking for the Detective Schroder. Eventually a message would come for the Detective, the trial of Terrance Masters was due to start before long and unfortunately for the Detective he was required to bring Young Masters along as the only direct witness of the murder itself.

Location: Old Bailey Courthouse
The trial would begin and swiftly proceed, with all the evidence gathered from the tube it was certain that Terrance Masters would be found guilty for the murder of his wife, eventually the detective and afterwards Young Masters would be called to the stand for their testimonies. Terrance Masters was frozen almost petrified, he wouldn't speak nor look about as though his mind was stuck in perpetual shock, the time for sentencing would come and as expected Terrance Masters was found guilty of first degree murder of his wife and sentenced to life imprisonment inside of HMP Wandsworth. As Terrance was escorted out of the court house he finally seemed to wake from the trance he was in and turn to face his son with a terrified look his wide eyes glared at his son with a thousand agonies in each eye, Detective Schroder would notice this and turn to Young Masters to move try and leave quickly until he noticed the smile on Young Masters face, not a regular smile not that of a normal man but one where the corners of his lips twisted and turned into a grin fitting for a devil. The detective, sweat dripping from his brow, realised there was a devil in the masters family and he panicked as he wondered if that devil was locked away or sleeping in his own home.

Interviewer: So as I understand it you've had a hard life Mr. Masters a terrible thing to happen to you at such a young age as well.
Jacobi Masters: Yes but I got over it quickly I suppose I was too young to understand what was fully going on at the time but I'm not broken up by it I barely knew my mother and what little I remember of my Father it seemed he got what he deserved.
Interviewer: I suppose so anyways I believe you could be a great asset to the foundation you seem to been quite the astute fellah with a keen eye for detail, I would like you to join us here in Site 9 the Internal Security Department I believe you would be a good fit.
