OSAs don't "Manage A-1" at all that is down to COs and the O5s

OSAs get virtually no say in A-1s recruitment and do not get access to the scouting list

Anyways, overall -Support Your application is fairly undetailed and you've got the duties wrong in some cases, your vtime is very poor and you've just came back. Give it time and learn the role and its responsibilities if this gets denied.
