Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
I am applying for Chief of Security because of my huge enjoyment of GSD. Ever since I have joined GSD I have enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning as a cadet, to officer, to Sergeant. Getting my first license. Participating in sweeps. Every bit of it I enjoyed. Unfortunately though, as a Captain I've noticed the down sides of GSD. The annoying and untrustworthy cadets, the constant rioting, how much it can be for a captain to handle by themselves. I understand these struggles but I can overcome them. I have many future ideas for GSD, including one I am currently working on, which is an expansion on the RRT department. I have received many good accommodations from my superiors in the Site Administration and currently have a clean record as a Captain.

Another reason is my activity. I believe I am an extremely active GSD personnel and have a strong grip on everything that must be done to keep a safe and functional D-block. I am always talking with other members of GSD in D-block no matter the rank, and have assisted many while there. I believe I would be able to do great reforms for the entirety of GSD.

I want our junior ranking personnel in D-block to get a better grasp on the job and the duties they have to complete, as well as the protocols they must uphold. I understand that many junior ranking personnel don't take the job seriously, which makes it harder for EVERYONE to maintain D-block in a stable manner. As well ruining the Roleplay experience among everyone involved.

Alot of our personnel, once achieving the rank of Sergeant and gaining enough experience usually move onto other departments such as MTF or DEA. I wish to change this. I don't want GSD to just simply be a job where people use it for "job experience". I want to create an environment that keeps everyone satisfied. An environment where people don't want to leave it. An environment where people realize you don't need to leave it for MTF or DEA. I want long lasting loyal members to the GSDepartment. Members who will do great things for our department. Members such as our current Captains. I truly believe no matter which one of us is selected, we would do great things for the department. But I believe I can stay here the longest and do great things for GSDepartment. I just need this chance to prove it.

I need the experience. Currently there is a big drought in Senior CL4 positions, and I feel like out of every single one of them, I would perform the best at CoS. I'm not saying I will leave CoS once I get enough experience, no. I will stay with GSD for as long as possible. I will not leave until I see it prosper and become one of the most enjoyable and looked up to departments in the whole site.

The first thing I would go for as a CoS is adding more activities for GSD personnel to do. Give them trainings, more patrol routes, set up checkpoints. GSD in its current state will never improve without additions of some sort. I believe giving people more to do will bring more in, and keep them. Currently anyone not in RRT just sits in D'block doing nothing unless D-class are rioting. I want to abolish that. Any time D-class are behaving and D-block is not in a C2 instead of having GSD sitting there doing nothing I want to give them more activities, and have them called back to D-block when they're needed. Of course we will leave a smaller group of GSD at D-block at all times.

My final reason is the lack of communication in the site. GSD appear to have a bad reputation with other departments for no apparent reason. MTF seem to be very likely to neglect D-block when it's in need of foreign support. Especially during sweeps. Every time I have done a sweep where I requested for MTF I have been ignored, and either SA contacted MTF asking why or I contacted SA about MTF ignoring us. I understand MTF can be busy with other tasks but its not challenging to at the minimum give a response. I wish to abolish this relationship between GSD and MTF, and to make them more lively than ever. Not only does this help D-block, but it helps MTF aswell.

What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
Activity
I am an extremely active GSD personnel and will almost always be available for anyone when needed. I'll always have time to make documents, help our newer captains, sort out disputes, organize new features for GSD and so much more.

Leadership
I believe I have good leadership abilities among our personnel. I am able to host effective and swift sweeps when needed and have received compliments from multiple Site Administration personnel doing so. Out of all my sweeps I have only had 3 failed sweeps. Even afterwards, once I gained more numbers we were able to swiftly eliminate the threat inside D-block. I believe I will be able to lead our Captains to a better Gensec, one day at a time. I have helped train multiple newer Captains in the department with multiple different tasks such as tryouts, documentation and leading d-block. So I will have no issue in assisting new Captains as CoS.

Experience
I know i'm no where near the longest lasting Captain apart of GSD. But I still believe from my activity, interactions and experiences inside of GSD and while on-duty as a Captain I believe I have more than enough for what it takes to be a prospering CoS. I have plenty of combat experience, being apart of both MTF E-11 and NU-7. As well as a member of DEA and was an IA assisting IA ambassadors doing ambassadorial duties for them. As well as being an OSA member, I know how to make the best of the best documents, forums etc at any time. This gives me plenty of knowledge on how to make good documentation and a good impression to those overseeing us. I've taken a big number of different positions around the site and can understand any job I need to do.

Maturity
I know when and how to act mature. How to impress others. I do my best to be mature and professional when on-duty but still have a sense of humor. I believe it is one of the most important things for ALL CL4 personnel is to be professional. As CL4 personnel we are the role models of our departments, and our goals should be to make other people look up to us.

Judgment

I have a good judgment on all topics and subjects. I know who is a good candidate for a Captain when I see it. Currently I have successfully predicted 2 people applying to become a Captain. In any situation I am quick to think and know how to handle the situation in its worst times. I remember those who I see making an effort so I know who I can trust, to take lead of D-block whenever I may have to go.

Achievements

I have made what I believe is many achievements in GSD. I have performed well in many sweeps with my Leadership abilities, complimented by SA themselves. I have also received the Record Breaker's Medalian, which is a medal for being the current record holder for the having the highest number of points in the GSD Roster, showing a Captain's true dedications and efforts made towards the department. [Currently 57 Points]
I am also currently holding the Instructor's Commendation, which I have received twice for going above and beyond my expectations as a Captain, showing my dedication and experience in the department.

What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:

Background Information

Jamal Gambit Dingle is a respected CL4 Personnel in his positions. Jamal is currently holding 2 Clearance 4 positions. He appears to be having a good balance between them and is having no issues completing his needed duties.Jamal started off in the foundation as combative personal as a cadet in GSD due to the correlations of it with his previous life outside the foundation. Due to his previous life Jamal climbed the ranks rather rapidly and became quite well known as GSD before applying for the position of Captain. After his acceptance he went on months as a Captain, before he got tired of that life and urged for something new. Jamal attended a training to become a full fledged IA agent. He passed first try and enjoyed the position. He would switch between jobs throughout the day when his duties were complete and gathered quite a lot of new skills and knowledge as his job as IA. Shortly after he decided to apply for the position of Overseer Assistant which gave him more of a challenge, which he enjoyed. His documentation skills that he developed from OSA granted him advantages in the General Security Department. It allowed him to assist the current Chiefs of Security with any forums or documents that needed creating. He was able to help and started bring ideas to the table for GSD, some of which were approved and greatly bestowed upon. This got Jamal closer to the CoS allowing him to get a further insight into how the role of CoS actually is like. Jamal realized how suitable he was for the job and knew that's how he would move up in Site-65. He shortly after realized a current CoS was preparing for resignation. This originally upset Jamal and based on pysch evals, still does. But he decided to take this as an opportunity for a new GSD. His application is currently on file waiting for rievewing.

If you would like to see his background information before his acceptance into Site-65, please click here.

Note: I will most likely update this within the next couple of days. Please ensure when doing final review you have read anything extra I may have added. Thanks!
