What will you do to stop this from happening again: i will stop causing trouble (even though its my middle name) i feel ive cause enough and i wanna take the RP of this server seriously now and i now know how much it sucks to be banned from your favorite gmod server and i dont wanna be banned again

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes mostly RDM and FailRP warns and 1 LTAP ban(my gmod crashed while in admin room and when i rejoined i was banned for 3 days)

Why should you be unbanned: i should be unbanned because i wanna take this server more seriously i really regret what ive done i think what i did was a bit too far (ill explain at the end) it really sucks when im bored and the server i would play that would cure my boredom i can no longer play cause of the stuff I've done

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: make it so if i get another warn for literally anything i will resume the 24 week ban and have to sit through all of it
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: i really like talking and interacting with the people ive met on that server and really miss it. i also miss this server cause it would be able to cure my boredom so easily if i ever didnt know what to do this server would make that boredom just completely disappear the situations i would get in and the people i would meet were always so much fun to be in.

I would like to explain here what happened from my account: so lets go one by one the Minor glitching was that someone told me if you drop the injection gun on someone's head they die so i wanted to test that on someone so i dropped it on an agents head and it turned out he was an admin and pulled me to a sit just him and me and gave me a RDM warn

The stacked bans and warns... the ban was a LTAP my gmod crashed while i was in a sit with an admin for RDM and my gmod crashed i joined back on the server to just see that i was banned for 3 days i think

I than ignored it and tried it on one more person but failed and he killed me so i gave up with it and just decided to leave the server cause i had some IRL stuff to do that day. i guess what happened is he saw me try to do it again and was gonna pull me to another sit and give me another warn but saw i wasnt on so he gave me a Mass RDM warn???? i know it wasnt wrath who took me to the first sit it was someone else but like 1 RDM and a ARDM makes it a Mass RDM warn im just confused there.

The LTAP warn i wasnt even in an admin room or anything so like i dont understand how i got that or anything that doesnt really make sense to me

finally the Ban evasion ill admit i did go on 2 alts a couple days after i was banned because i was once again bored and wrath caught me the first time and got me and the second time he told me i could of just appealed and i didnt realize i could actually do that because this is like the first server i ever joined on gmod and the only one i play almost all my time on gmod is on this server

what im asking is not to like fully remove my ban but shorten it down to like a month i think 24 weeks (until june) is a bit much for what i did but that's just my opinion but i would be nice to shorten it and not make me wait until june i miss the people i would talk to in that server and the situations i would end up getting in

Hello,

You were issued a ban for 26 days for the following; FailRP | Minor Glitching (B) | Stacked Warnings A | Stacked Bans B | LTAP | Mass RDM. For simplicity sake, I am going to break this down for every separate punishment instead of trying to format this into a giant paragraph.

FailRP - You were actively going around interfering with tests by killing the d class involved, thus warranting a FailRP warning.
Minor Glitching B - You were warned by Mozzie already for minor glitching after killing people by using a glitching method, I then spectated you after this warning and you were still doing it.
Stacked Warnings A: You received 2 RDM warns, a minor glitching warn, and a FailRP warn all within the same 24 hour period.
Stacked Bans B: You had 2 previous bans on record, with this ban being your third.
LTAP: You disconnected when you were confronted by me
Mass RDM: between mozzie, the video from the sit called on you, and my own observations you killed four people, and most likely killed nine over the course of your time using this glitch. Just because you are not directly credited for the kill does not mean it is not mass RDM, you were still RDMing people by using a glitching method.

Per our punishment guidelines, Minor glitching B is a 5 day ban, Stacked Warnings A is a 3 day ban, Stacked Bans B is a 3 day ban, LTAP is a 1 day ban, and Mass RDM is a 14 day ban. All of this adds up to 26 hence the 26 day ban.

Also as far as the ban evasion part, that was SL's doing after the fact, not sure which SL.
