Special Containment Procedures: Subject is to remain under constant supervision via radio contact, physical escorts, helmet camera, or body worn camera. Subject is not to be permitted to the Surface Zone alone, and is to require 4 or more armed escorts with Reality Anchors. Additionally, subject is to be provided with research tasks to occupy their mind & time. Subject has been advised to not manifest SCP-9242-1 Instances and is not permitted direct access to SCP-9242-0.
Staff Assessment of Subject: Subject, despite being classed as Euclid, is safe to maintain current duties as a member of Research Staff. During interviews with the subjects, and medical examination of physical effects of their anomaly, the subject has expressed no harmful thoughts or will towards fellow staff and has been cooperative with our assessment of them. The subject has detailed their exposure to SCP-9242-1 which lead to their manifestation as a -2.<See Interview Transcript X42835>. Subject's anomalous manifestation has presented with discoloration of the left arm, base of the neck, and left side of their torso with a purple coloration, which gradients to black in the left hand<See Interview Transcript X42835>. Through review and study of SCP-9242-2, it appears their left hand channels the majority of their anomalous effects when consciously manifesting.

[Dr. █████]: "So it closed and cut it clean off? And how did you get it back?"
[SCP-9242-2]: "Well as I ran through rockhall, I saw it just laying on the ground...and when I ran past it I saw it vanish. Next thing I knew..it was back on me like nothing ever happened."

As it stands, SCP-9242-2 should remain a fine addition to the Site-██ research staff, as their mental faculties remain in full.
Anomalous Properties/Effects:
- SCP-9242 Appears to be a reality bender residing in another plane of existence. They seem to hold the ability to manipulate people to achieve a goal, which is the consumption of Prime Reality.
- SCP-9242-1 are the dimensional rifts manifested by -0 & -2
- SCP-9242-2 appears as a human female in her late 20's. She holds the ability to "pull back the curtain" of prime reality and access a between space similar to SCP-22415(1-3), the ability to open large spherical bridges, and to manifest items of emotional significance to those she has encountered from her left pocket. There also appears to be a minor healing factor in the discolored portions of skin.
