I think it would be good at add a second rank of janitor that would be more trusted people compared to the standard janitor. The janitor job has a horrible problem and reputation of people going on it just to minge. Said problems lead to the site being a complete mess, and people being quite mean to even the good ones. To get around said issues, we could have this rank be either whitelisted or get approval from site administration members to get such role. Those who can give such role, could have the access to remove someone's access to the higher role. Do note that this is based off my experience playing on the US server.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove?
A more trusted rank for janitors to combat the minge issue, and allow for better roleplay by getting the site to not constantly look like a complete mess.

To my knowledge no, and I was unable to find any suggestions similar to this.

Possible positives of the suggestion.
1. Allows for better roleplay by getting people who will actually clean the site instead of just goofing off.
2. Areas that normally janitors can't access can be cleaned, such as high containment and security sector.
Possible negatives of the suggestion.
1.Determined persons can act trustworthy, and cause problems after getting the role.
2.The role may not get much use as people tend to switch to "cooler" roles such as security, research, or MTF.
Based on the positives and negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted?
I think that despite the possible negatives, adding such a role would help with both roleplay and somewhat combating the minge issues the US server has. I hope it would also bring more interest in janitors and bringing them into roleplay with other departments.
No matter the final decision that is made, I thank you for considering my proposition.
