What will you do to stop this from happening again: I have no idea, since I didn't do it.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I think so but I don't remember what for
Why should you be unbanned: So basically I have been bored lately and I decided to play this server again. After loading it up, escaping as D Class, and getting to 914, Bobby pulled me into a sit. He said that I had banned accounts connected to mine which ended up being my brother's account, the guy that introduced me to the game. Due to my brother having "access" to my pc (He doesn't, I have a pin and he has his own PC and has not and will not get the pin), Bobby decided to ban both of the accounts (Including my brother's, which he got really pissed when I messaged him that) for 10 weeks. I never ban evaded and when I did get banned before, I waited it out.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I have already read the rules and I have not broken them since a while ago.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I find it fun to play as d class and get stuff, it's something I do when I'm bored. You guys have a really good server and i would say that it's one of the only good servers on this game.

I banned your account and extended the account you provided as you explained you were using family share. The account you provided was banned, therefore providing me with information beyond doubt that you were tied to the account. As you stated at the beginning of the sit, your brother did have access to your computer, which places the person banned using the same device, and you stated use past that. I understand the inconvenience if you're truly not the same person, and good luck with your appeal.

Thanks, Bobby. I just want to make it clear that my brother DID have access to my PC, but he does not anymore as he has gotten his own for personal and school purposes. Yes, he used my device, but I am not him.
