Further description and potential flaws of all the variants:
The poncho was included in the pac3 however it does not have physics and bones which means that it's uneditable aside from texture editing. If that isn't an issue then it has no downsides aside from looks.
The attache version looks a little too "fancy" with the suit but the textures are edited to fit more of a UNGOC style with colours, etc. (EDIT: Fixed card making it NOT an infobreach)
When the poncho on the pac3 is removed it looks better but is a little less recognizable as UNGOC. However, I edited the arm color, face color and the collar on the pac3 to all look like UNGOC with the camo being the hexagonal texture that most UNGOC models use.
The lights on the mask lights up using normal events but I plan on adding other events and proxys to make it light up more often, like when being hurt, dying or just doing basic activities.
There is also no bugs with both the pac3s and it was checked beforehand that others can view it without being an error. It does however require model change for the bones to work.

[Continuation of "Personnel report on UNGOC member. Jesse Gill Fring | Code name 'Saturn'"]
3.3 While serving in UNGOC, subject 'Saturn' achieved the rank of SGT after serving 4 years in the UNGOC. Saturn conducted tests in order to cure a 490-2 instance more commonly known as 049-2. After an agreement with the Foundation and a deal made by UNGOC, Saturn was allowed to conduct a crosstest with 4190|914. This test led to a discovery within 914s very fine setting being able to cure a D-Class that had been "cured" by 049 resulting in an 049-2 instance turning into a normal human. However a discovery from UNGOC member 'Immigrant' showed that commands from 049 kept affecting the D-Class even as a human.
3.4 Incident log #5000 [20██-08-11]
After the discovery, Saturn put in another request with the foundation to see how it affects the more violent D-Class. Prior to all the tests a deal would always be made with 049 to make sure the -2 instances follow the commands of UNGOC and Foundation with a prize for 049. Second attempt of testing used a violent D-Class who was placed in 049s chamber. Reports state that the correct orders were conducted through speech from 049 to the 049-2 instance and the -2 instance seemed to comply. CCTV footage of the chamber cut and retrieval of the bodycam was the only evidence of what happened in the chamber.
3.5 SCP-049 gave the correct order through speech but the 049-2 instance did not follow what 049 said as if he sent another order by other means that contradicted the prior order. 049 was within Site-65 where a sitewide breach occurred August 11th, incidentally on the exact day as the second test. Saturn was attacked by the 049-2 instance injuring him significantly. The room was guarded by the site guards and on other locations of the site. MTF also arrived to assist with all the other breaches. The overall breach was destined to be contained but casualties were inevitable. One of the casualties was UNGOC SGT Saturn.
3.6 The body of UNGOC SGT Saturn was slowly dying and wouldn't be able to be treated properly. The injured and the non combatants within Site-65 Heavy Containment Zone were escorted to the cross test chamber. It was mostly empty except for an active test of a newly imported Safe class SCP. Saturn had gotten a relation within the RsD of site-65 from frequent visits and tests on their SCPs. The researchers experimenting on the new SCP had offered to assist. After attempts from combat medics and doctors they were not able to fully heal Saturn. Two researchers offered to do another procedure.
3.7 The test that was being done in the chamber was SE3024: (SCP-9384) a soul extractor bought off the MC&D. About to be done on a D-Class, SE3024 was going to be used to transfer a soul into a robot for the first time. The robot was provided by foundation to the researchers which they obtained multiple from a warehouse. The warehouse belonged to Servant of the silicon nornir, the robots were all tested on and had served their use. The transfer was conducted by Senior Researcher Jimmy Swan and Executive Researcher Reiner Zephyran as a last gamble with Saturn's consent. Saturn’s soul was successfully extracted and transferred into a robotic body with his memory and conscience fully intact.
3.8 After his soul transferred into a robotic body, Saturn's main body had died. Leading UNGOC designating him as a new operative, although still keeping the same rank. His new codename being, 'Curiosity'. Based on the Mars rover and his curiosity eventually leading to his death.
[IF Pac3 gets approved 'Saturn' will get a "semi PK" and be replaced with 'Curiosity'. This was approved by my General]
