What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
Due to Me maining multiple Dept, i've managed to obtain multiple Skills over these pasts months / along the time that ive been playing, and id like to believe that ive managed to be capable of writing decent documents / cable of interrogation or negotiations / and experience as cl4 personnel (mostly for captain), although yes, known for making typos due to english not being my first language.)
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
Since my last application for the GOC WL, ive began Reading their lore, and i've got overly interested into their history / backstory, and ive wished to assist their narrative on the server)
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The Global Occults Coalition, or better known as the Global Occult Intiative, was formed during the World Wars by the Allies when they've heard that the Germans where preparing to use Occult artifacts to wage the war in their Favour, after this Incident, The allied nations decided to form this initiative into a Coalition, to stomp out any possible Incident from happening again, thus the 105th Council was born, consisting of multiple members from fellow Thaumaturgic Group, like the Illuminati, Church of Satan, etc.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
The PHYSICS Division:
The Fighting branch of the GOC, being equipped with similar equipment as the United Nations Peace Keeping Units, Being the First Responders to on Field Para Threats (or TE's). They consist of Two Teams, Assessment Team(s) (Which Investigate / Observer Para Threats), and Strike Team(s) (Capture / Neutralize Para Threats).

PSYCHE Division:
The Diplomatic branch of the GOC, being representatives during interactions with other organizations, and Non-Hostiles Anomalous Members / Groups with Humanity, and Cover-Ups of any Possible Para-Threats.

PTOLEMY Divison:
A Supporting Branch of the GOC, their tasked with Reaserch of Para-Threats in custody, Research of Equipment That may Counter the Said Para- Threats, they've been shown to also assist the Group with normal resources, such as Food rationing, and Weapon / equipment distribution.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The main goals of the Global Occult coalition is to ensure destruction of any possible anomalous Threats, and the ensurement of Civilazations survival.
this can be acomplished via the Five Fold Mission.
Survival:
Ensure the protection of Humanity.
Concealment:
To keep the Knowldge of Para- Threats a secret.
Protect:
to ensure the safety of humans, both as operatives and Civilians, unless going against the other 2 Statments
Destruction:
to ensure that any Para-Threats have been dealt with accordingly with the destruction of para-threats, not taking risk's
Education:
If possible, learn from the Para- Threat.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The war was originally sparked by Obskurakorps (or better known as Einherjar by GOC members), being a anomalous branch of the nazi Party (equivalent to Gru-P,UIU,etc), that was formed during the World Wars, due to their learning of a Anomalous ritual known as "The rite of Solomon", they began searching for Anomalous Artifacts, known as the "Keys of Solomon", its believed that these artifacts where obtained by Obskura in the other 5 Occult Wars, if the Ritual was performed correctly, theyd be capable of forming a Deity capble of Controlling Thaumaturgy, and Who was capable of Obtaining it, the Nazi's planned to use it to Fulfill their Ideology, by making Germans the Only ones capable of performing Thaumaturgy, this Plan failed, leading into the Concrete transformation of the Initative into a Coalition by the Allies.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
Personally Speaking, i find the GOC being a Reflection of the Foundation, but having a white / black mentality in some situations, doing things for the Greater Good of Humanity, no Matter what, and them Learning from their Mistakes (if those Mistakes dont fuck up reality), some examples being in SCP-1730 (What Happened to Site 13?), but they also have been shown to be a Opponent matching to that of the Foundation, this mostly being shown in SCP-5000 (Why?). Although, they've also been shown to interact in Political Relations with other Groups, a example being the Broken Masquerade Scenario)

William was born in Kaysville,Utah, Living with a Single Mother, Although not knowing about His Father, he Heard stories about His Mothers Youth, so nobody could Blame them.
He Lived a Modest Life, sometimes being on the Brinch of Poverty, although he tried to see the bright side of the situation, although Sometimes, that Spark would Sizzle out.
It felt like he wanted to just Fly away from all of his troubles.
During his Early Teens, he was noted to Be quite Athletic,Participating in his Local Sport Group / Youth Camps.
During his Late Teens, He started to Realize something, That in the World, There Awful people in the World, He'd wish to Change the World, to make it a Better Place,
That Thought Remained in his Head, As he Began to Finish his Education, he Managed to obtain the Nickname "Jesus", due to his Hair Growing out.
He would Prooceed to fallow his Dreams, getting into College, getting a Bachlers Degree's.
During his late 20's, hed apply for the Federal Bureau of Investigation,
being a lucky one and getting accepted, it felt like he was doing something Good Day in and Day out, hed see Everything, the worst of the Worst, White Collar Crimes, Public Corruption, it felt like id Effected him, chipping at his Mind slowly but surely.
One Day he Slipped up, made a Minor Mistake, so.. they had him resigned from his Division, as a Punishment so to say, they said that they where moving him to the Unusual Incidents Unit, hed Heard about them in Water Cooler Talks, apparently the Lowest Place you can be, to break his Self Reflection so to Say.
During his time in the UIU, hed learned that they where struggling, even at the Time, they where getting Scraps of Bones, it felt odd to be transfered from the CCRSB to This. Although, hed tried to keep himself Positive, so the First Mission came About
Operation Bluebird.
they told them that it was a cover up Operation, something about a CAN, they gave him the Rundown, he thought that they where They where just going in there, take Photos, and Say some Cover-up info to the public, that american Government was trying their best to find the Loved ones Family's.
by the way this was going, it started to look bleak
Not much can be remember from his time at the UIU, small cover-up Stories, Minor Can captures, which most ended in Failures, and some in Deaths.
The one Major event he could Remember from his time in the UIU is meeting these Guys, the other members called them "Men in Suits", they where investigating something.
reports of a Unidentified Flying Object Near Montana, or somewhere close to it.
All of the Sudden they found it, but they wherent the only ones so it would seem, they where two of them, Swirling around in a Woods Opening, like they where trying to engrave something in the field.
then all of the Sudden a Large Explosion could Be heard, as one of The objects fell down, then, sounds of men rushing in, opening fire on the other Flying sourcer, although we tried to flee, something Catched his eye.
those men where wearing some sort of Insignia on their uniform, a Mace, although they looked like UN fellas,
it felt odd to see other groups, groups like him that may deal differently with CANs, that there was a Better way to help People, a more Efficient Way.
He trashed, he Clawed, he Tried to get outside of the Hole he was trapped in, fighting like a wild Animal for some Chance, any Chance. his Fellow members called him a idiot for even Fantasizing that hed make such a leap. He was New, he Couldnt do it.
Letter in, and Letter out, day by the Day, Night by Night, he Try his best to talk with his Superiors, with somebody, anybody, to stick out, to have a chance for a greater Meaning, for a greater Purpose.
Hed began doing more Hours in the Division, began trying to improve his Skills, more Field Missions, More Cover-Ups, he began losing weight, losing Sleep.
he wanted to make sure everything was perfect.
One Day, a Special day, it felt like they gave him a chance.
