I wish to join the Global Occult Coalition because I wish to learn more about them and other aspects of the server and even the scp universe. I also wish to try and take a more active role in the server as well and a more role play incented approach.

The creation of the Global Occult Coalition (GOC) was driven by the need to safeguard humanity from paranormal threats. Its origins can be traced back to the Seventh Occult War, when it was established as the Allied Occult Initiative (AOI). The organization later underwent a transformation and adopted its current moniker, the GOC.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
The Physics Division is comprised of both strike teams and assessment teams, whose collective responsibilities include capturing, investigating, and neutralizing any paranormal threats.

The Psyche Division is comprised of observers and ambassadors who are tasked with establishing and maintaining relations with various paranormal groups and other relevant entities.
Example: An ambassador meeting with the foundation for A deal.
The Ptolemy Division serves as the research and development department of the GOC. It is responsible for the creation and development of technology and weapons for the organization.

The Seventh Occult War took place during World War II and was sparked by the efforts of the Nazi SS Ahnenerbe and the Thule Society to perform the Rite of Solomon, a ritual that would grant the Germans supernatural abilities.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
From my perspective, the GOC sets itself apart from other groups in SCP lore by its values. The goal of protecting humanity is rare among SCP organizations, as many of them use anomalies for their own selfish purposes, whereas the GOC's aim is to safeguard humanity by eliminating the threat posed by these anomalies.
