Warning : NLR/MetaGaming, revealed a CI disguised as me after they had killed me. CI hung around the barracks they had killed me in and I called in backup to deal with the "duplicate researcher" (Nov 8, 2025)

What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I have previously done work for members of the Overseer Council, completing tasks to the fullest of my abilities and without question. I have remained an active participant, as well as maintained a clandestine position while conducting the work. My work has been diligent and complete, my efforts bearing fruit, and my service complete enough to earn several commendations (Foundation Star, Research Excellency Award). I am quick to learn and research new topics, in this case being the internal administrative duties on the level of the Council.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Overseer Assistants should, as the name suggests, carry out the will of the Overseer's. Whether conducting business that requires a council-member's intervention without presence, or putting a signature on a document in their stead. They are to be loyal and precise in their duties. It is not their job to question, but to carry out orders in an effective manner.
Assistants should also be the public example of the Council, maintaining the mission with the Foundation at large. This can include reporting rogue or detrimental elements in the foundation, investigating undermining efforts of other entities, fostering relations with the departments with inquiries and projects, or sometimes even advising others along a correct and brighter path onward.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I wish to take the next step, to reach a goal and continue along the path I have been travelling. I do not wish to simply find a role and sit idly, but grow and learn from the experiences of positions and then climb the ranks when the time is right. I enjoy working under the Council, and wish to work closer and officially with them.
Additionally, I wish to advance my field of experiences into a more administrative role in the Foundation, especially one where I am in the position to assist and help the Site at large. I want to be a positive influence on the community, and reinforce the experience for everyone.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Konstantine "Kon" Azlan is simply loyal to a fault. When his superiors tell him to jump, he doesn't need to be told twice. He believes heavily in faith to the mission, in which his self-worth is realized only when following orders to continue the Foundation goals. In his early time with the Foundation's RSD, Azlan was tested for his loyalty by conducting unethical or illegal tests. He did so, knowing full well that his participation could possibly be the nails in his coffin should he ever waiver. So he soldiers on, doing anything and everything as ordered.
He's a social Chameleon, using his adaptive personality to fit in properly with the other staffers. But he's really ever only himself around the Floor 3 residents.
