Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

1 Ban, and 1 Warn. Neither of which are active or stackable at this very moment. The ban was because I stabbed some D-Class as a D-Class on my 1st week of the server then got off for the night, hence the reason being listed as “LTAP”. This ban was issued by Jules if i'm not mistaken. The warning is for Hitbox Abuse, & FailRP. The reasoning for this was because I jumped once in a fight with a GSD SGT after mentioning FearRP in Voice Chat.

Since these 2 situations I have yet to receive any other warns and always make sure to learn if I’m doing something wrong so I may fix it.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

When I ponder to myself, ‘What do I enjoy about the server?’, I realize I am applying for the position of Site Advisor for a multitude of reasons. The first of these reasons is

1. Aspiration to move up in the Foundation; I, like most on the server have an end goal of a position I'd like to achieve before I eventually end up leaving. For me this position is
Site Command, or in particular the O5-Council. The first step in achieving this goal however, is experience, and that's where applying for this position and reason #2 of this question come into play. I hope one day to be the person most people see as a helpful face around the site so that they have someone they can trust to go to for any issues they may have or that may arise.

2. The want for experience; Ever since I received
Executive Researcher I have loved every moment of what I do here in the Scientific Department, but helping 1 department can only go so far in terms of helping the foundation as a whole. While yes I love my job of helping those new researchers with documents, questions, and tests, I sometimes notice flaws in other areas that I want to be able to help more closely. this is where applying for Site Advisor comes in. With the ability to help create policies, advise leadership of departments, and overall lend a hand in helping the departments of Site-56 to work together more often and at a closer level is a big aspiration of mine that I hope I get to see happen before I eventually end up leaving the server, as with this kind of server the teamwork when done correctly is truly magnificent.

3. They want to help; This is just a section of the above reason. I am simply applying for the factor I want to help. When I see issues and have the idea of a potential solution I cant stand by and just sit there. However, with my current position I cant do much other then maybe give a small word of opinion or idea that chances are wont be heard unless it regards my department. With the position of
Site Advisor I can work closely with leadership and gain their experience, trust, along with any tips and tricks they can give me. While working in this position a big thing is the diversity of who you will be dealing with, and the more diverse your colleagues then the more tricks you eventually learn, making yourself all the better for future encounters. I not only want to improve myself I also want to improve those I work with, from the new people, to the Cl3 preparing for their first Cl4 application or position. I want to not only train those just joining the server but the future generation of Cl4 personnel that will one day be the very same ones applying for Site Command, where I hope at the end of the day I leave an impactful effort on the server as being a mentor and leader, such that the future generations of leaders constantly get better and better to not only improve the server for the current players, but any and all future ones.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

What makes me suitable for Site Advisor? Well that's both an easy and difficult question. The easy answer is as simple as, I have plenty of leadership experience on GMOD RP Servers, I have a firm understanding of my duties as an Executive Researcher and have proven my aspiration and willingness to advance to the next level for the soul reason of helping on numerous occasions, and now the more indepth answer.

Point #1: Extensive leadership experience; While yes, this experience does not come from SCP-RP, but instead my extensive time on GMOD-RP servers as a whole, leadership positions on GMOD RP as a whole are not rare to come by, and someone such as myself who has been playing RP servers for 5+ years now, would eventually gather the know-how of what is and what is not needed to effectively manage those below me. This shows in my time on Riot Sergeant where although not having the experience of being a GENSEC Captain, I can still organize and perform sweeps that not only silence D-Block for quite some time but give ample time for testing to continue, which is essential these past couple days. The ability to do this does not come from luck but instead having the basic idea of leadership under my belt, and understanding the idea that not everyone is there to play like a die-hard GENSEC Guard, some could be there to minge, some to chill, and some to properly play the role. This diverse crowd leads to the leader having to be diverse which is exactly what I am when it comes to leadership.

Point #2: My understanding of my current position; Currently I hold the position of
Executive Researcher, and I feel at this moment I understand the role and its duties to a very fine degree. And so, I feel I am ready to take the next step in my leadership adventure within the foundation, this next step being Site Advisor. Currently my duties as an Executive Researcher include helping lower personnel, approving, authorizing, and overseeing test’s and advanced test ideas, handling researchers breaking Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, or other policies, and performing advanced level tests and projects myself. However, there are more duties the executive researcher team handles as well, a team, which is also a part to consider when applying for this position as you have to work with other members of site administration, these responsibilities include assisting the Directors of Research handle external affairs, IE. Epsilon-11 (“Nine Tailed Fox”), Nu-7 (“Hammer Down”), and Ethics relations, working on bigger projects for the department and major changes, advising the Directors on our opinion of new policies and ideas so they may make more informed decisions, and giving input on new executive researcher applicants.

Point #3: Understanding of the position I am applying for and readiness to perfect my presentation and abilities within this position; This is a big part as to why I wish to receive this position within the site. I have enjoyed my time within the position as an
Executive Researcher and the ability to not only manage and operate the site when there is a lack of Cl4 or no other Cl4 has always left me feeling like I can do more. With this position I plan to not only expand upon my current duties, but assist anyone who needs help from site administration IE. Answering Questions, Approving certain elements, authorizing things when needed (IE. AA in a mass breach), helping MC&D get permits and escorts to increase potential for RP around the site, and overall increase the Role-Play that I can provide to other players by being in this position. This all ties back to the point of wanting to be a leader, teacher, and mentor, all of which are big aspirations to me.
-
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

-Along with the Site Director, watching over the site and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
-Handle tasks given to them by the
Site Director or Site Command.
-Handle permits for
MC&D and approve them, along with managing their escort and guidelines.
-Ensure all activities within the site are being run in an efficient manner and follow the
Code of Conduct and Ethics.
-Review and determine the state of the department they are over which includes watching the activities performed, leadership, interviewing members of said department, and giving it a final rating.
-Assist with D-Block Riots/Infobreaches by authorizing certain elements such as Mass terms for big infobreaches, KOS Outside Airlock for massive riots during Code 5, etc.
-Standard
Cl4 Duties.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Research Hall, Site-56, Pinewood, Canada.
Camera 3

*The camera pans to the right revealing the executive researcher office, sat at his desk is Exec. John Iceland typing away at the computer while occasionally looking at a document attached to a clipboard titled "Test Report: SCP-096 'The Shy Guy'"*

Iceland: "Another test done, another report to write up. At least I have my coffee with me, the only true friend around here. Perhaps some music to lighten the mood."

*John reaches over to a nearby cell phone and opens a music player, he puts on his playlist mostly consisting of classic rock," throughout the room Ozzy Osbourne's "Crazy Train" begins to sound, with John looking back at the computer, tapping his desk to the beat of the song."

Iceland: "That's a little better, hopefully now I can concentrate on just typing this document out to these stupid computers and get on with this lecture I have planned. Why are the computers here so outdated anyway?"

*The phone begins to ring, Iceland checks the caller ID and sees the word "Unknown". He picks it up and hears a voice at the other end."

"Good evening Mr. Iceland. This is Maj. "Bohemia" of the Internal Security Department. The Site Inspectors have requested your presence on floor 3. Please report at your earliest convenience. Good day."

Iceland: "Of course Major, tell the inspectors I'll be right up."

*Iceland rushes over to the computer he had been sitting at and saves his work before logging off, He grabs his Cl4 ID Card and walks out of the office and to the floor 3 elevator. calling it down only to be met by 2 ISD agents standing guard inside.*

"Name, ID, and Reason please sir."

Iceland: "John Iceland, Executive Researcher, the site inspectors requested my presence?"

*He hands the operatives his ID Card and they allow him into the elevator, The door closes after the press of a button by one of the operatives and a ding is heard as the elevator reaches the entrance to floor 3. On the reception desk a man in a suit is seated, he stands up and walks over to Iceland with a sheet of paper.*

Receptionist: "Good evening Mr. Iceland, I was told you'd be here soon to speak with the inspectors, Just come through those glass doors once they open and someone will come get you once their ready."

Iceland: "Ok, thank you."

*The doors open as John walks through them and takes a seat. He is seated there for a moment before the sound of a keycard scanner on the other side of the door is heard. The door opens and a man in a black suit escorted by 2 ISD Agents walks out and summons John to follow him. He leads Iceland to a meeting room where no one else is seen. The man in the suit pulls out a seat for Iceland then takes one himself.*

O5-█: "Good evening Executive, and welcome to floor 3. I called you here as a representative of the council to inform you of a very exciting opportunity. We here at the Foundation notice your tireless efforts to better our understanding of the beings kept here, along with your efforts to ensure the safety of the researchers you work alongside. Additionally, your leadership during containment breaches isn't lost on us. And so, we want to offer you a position as a Site Advisor here at Site-56. Should you accept, you will be given your new handbook, ID Card, and suit and be sent to your new office to get everything in order. Should you decline you will be escorted off floor 3 and back to your office, with a number to contact should you change your mind. Do you accept?"

Iceland: "Of course I accept sir, this has been my dream for the longest time. I think I'm ready for this position."

O5-█: "Excellent. In that case, please check under the table. You will find your new ID Card, handbook, and suit. Please take those and follow the 2 operatives behind you to your new office."

Iceland: "Thank you sir."

*Iceland is escorted to his new office, where he organizes the desk and reads over the new handbook while wearing the new suit. Preparing himself for his new duties within Site-56*

I've known and worked with John Iceland for I'd say around 1-2 months now, and he's an amazing candidate.

The only negative I could see with this is that the Executive team would be left in an even worse shape, but we can manage. There's a solid amount of Sr. Researchers currently that would make for good applicants.

John iceland would not make a good site Advisor as he lacks the role in Leadership currently because he warns/ job bans Researchers for helping each other and in my opinion would not be a good fit for a higher role.
