Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am willing to be a Site advisor because as a person who works around the facility a lot I want to use the roles I have with helping all around the facility and use it into one and SA is the perfect role as I can help many Departments and Regiments to grow and learn better. Also I want to be more involved with Departments and Regiments more in RP as I would like to see how every MTF and Department run and to work with more people in helping the server grow and expand and getting a bigger opportunity to meet new people and getting to know them brought more reasons into joining SA. As a ECA I wish to expand more deep into the works inside of Site 65 and all the important things that I like to contribute to. With a chance to be a Site Advisor I would love to get a chance in helping making a big impact on Site 65 as I will have many opportunities to help change many Departments and Regiments for the better such as helping with any reports or issues and to help bring solutions and ideas to help make the change for the better. I'd also love to give my ideas and thoughts of what any Regiments and Departments are doing in bringing new divisions or new rules in place. Finally I am willing to help bring equalness and joy to the foundation and helping to make the server fun but also at the same time better.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
What makes me the best person for Site Administration is all my roles that helped me gain experience on this server. In my time as a Nu-7 Major I've been tasked with many relations and works with SA and especially in helping with GOI relations. My CL4 knowledge in Nu-7 gave me a taste on how to deal with many issues and problems within the Regiment and with many problems and issues I always come up and try to always end it in an agreement such as finding a solution that benefits both sides, and to always understand each side of the story. I've also helped in many projects in Nu-7 in building new Sub-Regiments and placing new rules to help the Regiment for the better and more fun and many of the works I did with Nu-7 came from SA and in most of these projects I have worked with SA to help make the projects in the best way we can. Also I dealt with many interactions with GOI and meetings such as GOC and more. As a Nu-7 Major I have exceeded my duties and work in helping the regiment and with representing Nu-7 imagine such as being professional and mature, helping with any other MTFs if they need any assists, and more. This shows that I am suitable for SA and that I will make a big and good impact. As a Ethics Assistant this gave me the first look on how the Site Advisor job works as many of the responsibilities they have are very similar in helping relations with Departments and Regiments. With a chance to be a Ethics Assistant I've got to interview some few departments in which if they were happy and how they fell about the Foundation and seeing many of their answers made me wanna help resolve them and also see how many people feel in where they are at right now. As a Ethics Assistant I have been tasked to help uphold the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct giving me a opportunity to prove that I can help deal with situations in the violation of the CoE and CoC and as a Assistant many people around the facility has approached me and asked any questions like how can I do my job or This guy violated the Code of Ethics. Finally as my job in Gsd Captain I've just started my journey but this doesn't mean that I have already no experience as I have to help represent Gsd. In being a Captain many Cadets asked me for any help or on what to do and I always help to give the best answers possible or on what to do such as helping with any breaches, do patrols, and more. With being a GENSEC Captain many people have reported problems involving with any GENSEC's such as any mingeing or inappropriate behavior and with these reports I will always never yell at them and always try to go easy as making your picture as a hostile person never works. Instead I always have a good easy talk with any of the victims and to be easy on them but if they are giving me a hard time I always use my patience to hold me back from lashing out. With being a Captain I have gained many experiences within in D block and outside of D block and I've seen many issues happening outside and events and I will go handle them if any GENSEC's are involved. Out of all my jobs I listed Ethics Assistant is the most similarities to the Site Advisor role as they are to help mainly Ethics and O1 but they are also assigned to other departments as with knowledge I have as a ECA gave me the first taste on what Site Advisor will be. With my explanation for my 3 CL4 jobs all of them contribute to Maturity, Leadership, and Responsibility and I have shown and proved all those criteria I have put for a good CL4 role model.

-Writing a monthly department review you were assign to

Life Before the Foundation
In The dangerous streets of O block John Helldiver would grow up in constant violence. As John Helldiver grew up in the streets he would learn how to defend himself and know his surrounding. As he gained respect on his block he would learn how to defend and fight against others. One day a bounty was placed on John Helldiver and his friends would inform him that he would need to runaway from his Hometown. As John Helldiver pack up his bags and say bye to everyone he knows he would dash to the train and run as fast as he could to get away from his bounty. As John kept on running he would look at his train ticket and see it would head to Saskatoon . When John hopped on his train he would spent a day for the train to arrive at Saskatoon. As 8 hours past by John would notice something weird as he saw another heading towards on the same track. As John rushed to inform the train conductor he would realized that it was too late then John would go unconscious.
The beginning of his journey
When John woke up he seemed like he had forgot who he is and what he is but then he would see doctors examining him and studying him. John asked who he is and what is his purpose here so the doctors brought up a Gsd Captain to explain his job and purpose on who he's supposed to be. As John took all the information the Gsd Captain told him and he would be recircuited to GENSEC. John first job in the foundation was a cadet and he would work hard everyday to leave a good impression on his Captain and to be noticeable. During John's time in the foundation he felt inspired to make a impact and change to the Foundation so John wanted to be something other than a Cadet. As John kept on working hard he would keep on impressing his Captains grabbing the attention of a Nu-7 LT. When the Nu-7 CO approached John the CO would ask him if he'd like to join Nu-7. John would gladly accept his offer to join Nu-7 and John would start his journey on protecting Surface and EZ. As time pasted by John would continue to work hard everyday as a Nu-7 climbing up the ranks with his success. With John working very hard to impress the Nu-7 CO's he would give them a good taste on who he is.
What he is doing now
As of right now John's time and dedication in Nu-7 has paid off with his promotion of being a Major but as John kept on working hard everyday he thought to himself "What if I work in a different job" so John decided to go to find a place where he can try something new and something that is non combative and as John walked by Core Sector he would see a Ethics Assistant interviewing a DEA and John thought that he could go for that position and it's something completely brand new from his current job. As John returned back to his bunks he would write a interest letter for Ethics Assistant and worked on it for a few days. As John felt proud of what he wrote he would deliver it and wait for any response and information on his request. After days, weeks, and 1 month passed by he would receive a letter congratulating on the position of Ethics Assistant. John felt joy and excitement with his new found news. As he worked for Ethics he continued to use his skills from Nu-7 to apply some responsibilities in Ethics but John would learn on how to use a important role without any combat at all. through months as working as a Assistant John gained many experience in conducting work and interviews throughout the facility but he is not done on the jobs he wanted to do. One day John Helldiver thought of his old route where h first started from and his original goal BE A CAPTAIN but John got to carried away from Nu-7 but since Gsd needed many new Captains John decided to go for it and as he help represent Gsd as a Sergeant he soon got promoted to Captain with his knowledge in combat and Gsd. As John got all the roles he got he knew he had one more missing and the biggest step ever since he got recruited to the foundation...

In John's time in the foundation he would work with many Site Advisors, Managers, and Directors but as he continue to work with them in Nu-7 works he felt inspired to be a part of them with all the abilities and opportunity they had so as John decided to make the mot important decision in his time with the foundation he decided to apply for it hoping to be given a chance to prove greatness, Impact, and Worthiness. John wants to take every single piece of knowledge and experience and apply it all to SA and with his heart he believes that all the roles he has been given had help him train him to be a fitting candidate for Site Advisor.
