Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
1 ban, 1 warning
The Ban: On the first 3 days of my time on the server I was looking for a way to gain combat XP, as most do. I had neglected to read the rules and killed 2 D-Class as another D-Class with a knife. Due to the time (Being ~2am) I had gotten off for the night. The ban was due to the potential LTAP it appeared I had done. Once I tried to appeal the ban it was already over.
The Warning: Mentioned FearRP in VC and jumped once during a fight with a GSD Sergeant, FailRP and Hitbox abuse.

Why are you applying for Director of Research?:
The Research Department, ever since becoming an executive researcher I constantly find myself attempting to find new test ideas, help new researcher, and approve new and interesting test ideas, and although short, my time within the department has shown me that I truly love the research side of things. I have enjoyed my time as an Executive Researcher an immense amount and truly feel I have learnt the duties of an Executive Researcher almost to near perfect level, and to myself I think I am ready for the next step. I have enjoyed being the spearhead for many changed within the department and hope to continue to change the department for the better by picking executives that serve only to better the department and its interests. The Director of Research is a big position, overseeing many people and overall having the final say on what tests may be ran unless overridden by a level 5 member of staff. I want to be able to hold this position to gain experience overseeing the a department to hopefully further my position in the future to continue helping the site all I can. I have been in several positions of being the only CL4+ on during breaches, or the only CL4+ in research handling all the affairs, and truly loved every second of it and hope to continue learning. Although yes I realize I haven't been an Exec. Researcher for the longest time I do feel in this short time I have shown my determination and work ethic to the research department.

What makes you suitable for Director of Research?:
What makes me suitable for this position is a number of reasons. The first is my work Ethic, which is when I say I'm going to do something, I'm going to do it. For Example, the other night I saw the UK Ethics Website, and went "That would be cool if US Research had one, I'm going to make it." And over that night alone I made, photographed the site, explored the site, talked to people, and got the entire website done, with approval from all over the department.

The second reason I'm suitable for this position is my excellent understanding of the role the ScD plays in the servers players and the role it plays in other departments. I under how the ScD affects itself, E-11, GENSEC, D-Class, and the SCP Players, all providing them something to do in the downtime of the server, especially late at night when testing can feel like a whole new adventure. With this understanding I feel I can help push the department into a new age of helpfulness and kindness along with helping executives push towards helping lower researchers and working together to strengthen the bonds between our researchers and escorts.

Manage and Oversee the entire Scientific Department
Have the final say in what tests may be run unless overruled by a Level 5 member of staff

"Good evening Site Inspector, its not everyday you come knocking on our office."
"Good evening Mr. Iceland. So as you know with the recent resignation of Director A.R.A we have been looking for a new Director."
"Of course sir, I have also heard there are many applying is there not?"
"Lots of applications with a lot of good choices, however Mr. Iceland, We in the council believe you'd make the best choice."
"Really? I never expected this, th-thank you sir!"
