Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
So currently in THE WHOLE of my time on the server I have 1 Ban, and 2 Warns (I say 2 but its 1 warn for 2 reasons). To begin the ban.
-The ban was a 3 day ban for the reason of "LTAP". The story behind this is one day during my first week on the server it was ~2am, I cant remember exactly other then it was late, I was combat level like 3, and wanted some more combat XP, so due to me previously not having read the rules to the fullest I stabbed other D-Class and got off for the night, and awoke to being banned the next day. The warning is for FailRP and Hitbox Abuse, the FailRP part is due to me mentioning FearRP in VC once during a situation, and in the same situation I jumped like twice during a firefight with a GENSEC Sergeant. Other then those my record is clean.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
What makes up most of the server? This question is often pondered by many and to answer it with just one name, group, or regiment is a falsehood. However to me what makes up the server is everyone working together in some way to make everyone have a more enjoyable experience, This then raises the question, 'How can I help accomplish this goal?'. The answer to that question to me is the research department. Yes, the research department doesn't entangle EVERY part of the server but it does make up a MASSIVE Part of it, D-Class personal rely on ethical and consistent researchers to give them a way of earning XP, stuff to do, and overall fill the time. GENSEC require researchers to give them a difference in operations with escorting, a chance to see the facility if they happen to be new and gain some Combat XP to help level up, and the Research department also helps SCP, giving them some much needed breaks in the downtime they experience waiting for a breach. I wish to help enhance the researchers below me by hosting lectures, giving examples of excellent docs to encourage new personal to get in the spirit of SCP RP, and overall showing new people what the goal of the research department is by giving new and exciting test ideas, helping then while over watching tests, and teaching them as they go.
-
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
Personally what I feel makes me a good choice for Executive Researcher is 1. My activity, Im on Several hours a day, 5 days a week, Afternoon and Night, Which is when a lot of Exec's aren't normally on. This will allow me to step in and assist the new researchers and those lower level players during these times. 2. My willingness to help new players (One example is while writing this a new researcher asked for help with the entry test, I sat down with him, and walked him through the test without giving him direct answers, ensuring he learned from it and got an idea of how we operate.) I am also willing to host lectures to help new researchers with test ideas, examples of tests, etc. and 3. My own willingness to learn. I want to hold a CL4 position for the experience that comes with it, This corelates to my ambition to learn how to hold these roles and how to more effectively utilize my position to help other people find more fun in the server while maintaining order and ethical procedure.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
Currently I have written 4, {1 on an SCP-035 Interview, and 2 on SCP-012 Tests, with 1 more on an 049 interview if im not mistaken} if I count correctly. I not only plan to continue to write these but to constantly improve and write bigger and more detailed documents, Along with writing some I have reviewed some Jr. Researcher docs as a Sr. Researcher that I have given tips and advice on that were given Excellent ratings. 'What makes a document excellent?' This question is answered in a way not so easy. An excellent document is one that not only gives a clear and concise direction when reading it {For example an Index that lists Pg. #'s and what they are} and a full run down of 1. What the test was for, IE. The purpose of the test, or what was trying to be found, 2. What the test was on, IE Which SCP or Substance the test was focused around, 3. Who was involved, IE. D-Class Personal, Research personal, and Security/MTF Personal. and 4. The procedure of the test, and how the test was conducted with steps and instructions along with findings and results.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
-Conduct CL4 Tests such as SCP-008, SCP-682, and other SCP's
-Approve and Over watch tests regarding the new samples, IE. 939 sample gathering
-Teach and educate new researchers by hosting lecture, answering questions, and overall acting like a leader within the division
-
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
*John Iceland is found sat in the Research Hall cafeteria working hard on a new document*
"[To Self] The SCP in question not only preforms interesting interactions when exposed to... As it shortly began to..."
*He is interrupted by the Director of Research who takes a seat at his table, John's application for Executive Researcher in his hand; The Director places the document onto the table and taps John's arm to get his attention*
"John... John, Stop writing for a second, I have something I need to tell you about."
*John takes a sip of his coffee and places it onto the table, dropping his pen onto the clipboard that lay infront of him while he does it*
"Uh, of course director, I'm listening."
"Christ John, Have you gotten any sleep recently? Either way, This is your application isn't it?
"Yes it is, and no, I've been up all night writing this test on SCP... Nevermind its not important"
"Well look John, We in the Directors office notice your work and want to offer you this position, however there's one condition. You go get some sleep for Christ's sake!"
*John looks at the Director with a tired/surprised look before commenting ' Wh-why of course I'll take this, I best be heading to the bunks eh?'*
"Don't disappoint us John, and good luck."
*The director leaves the room followed by John shortly after, a new ID Card and clean Suit in his hands*
