-I am eager to take on greater responsibility in overseeing experiments, ensuring they are carried out effectively and with attention to detail. By strengthening processes and supporting collaboration within The Research department, I aim to help the Research Department thrive and steadily expand into new areas across the site. My focus will be on building a strong foundation, encouraging innovation, and creating opportunities for gradual growth that benefit both the department and its Researchers.

- As a researcher, I’ve always taken time to support colleagues across the Research Department, helping ensure projects run smoothly and effectively. Right now, what the department needs most is fresh, creative ideas — something I have plenty of and am ready to contribute to strengthen our work and encourage steady growth.

Currently, I hold no documents graded as Excellent, though I have written many. What truly makes a document Excellent is the following:
  • Grammar – ensuring accuracy and professionalism in writing
  • Punctuation – providing clarity and flow to the text
  • Imagery – using vivid and relevant examples or descriptions to engage the reader
  • Formatting – presenting information in a structured, organized, and visually accessible way

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

Responsibilities in RP are as follows:
  • Onboarding junior researchers and guiding them into their roles
  • Helping the Research Department with planned tests and documents
  • Ensuring effective communication between departments
  • Approving or denying proposed experiments based on safety and ethical standards
  • Ensuring that RSD members can do testing without any Issues

Dr. John Old Man grew up in a fog‑covered town marked by radio towers, where he developed an early habit of listening for patterns in static. As a child, he sketched thresholds and boundaries— doorways, shadows, and seams between environments—that later became the foundation of his professional focus. He studied physics privately and apprenticed under a cartographer who believed maps retained memory of their travelers. By thirty, he was working at the Institute for Applied Topology; by forty, his unconventional publications had earned him both ridicule and reluctant respect. The designation “Old Man” became standard among colleagues, reflecting his persistence and eccentricity.
