- Active Senior Moderator for another RP Server, I am a Staff Trainer for this RP server as well.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
- I've spent several hundred hours on multiple other serious roleplay server so yes. (This one by far as amazed me compared to the rest)
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
- I am currently logging an average of 8-10 hours a day on this server alone.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- I am interested in becoming staff for the purpose of assisting our player base in any way I can to help with player retention and to make sure they are having a good roleplaying experience. Also to eventually assist in the training of new staff members as it is what I do best besides working with the community.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
- With my experience in staffing which goes back several years and is still active today, I feel like I can assist by coming in as a matured seasoned staff member that doesn't need hand-held for a long time. It is my current job in another community to train staff members to respect our community members as much as possible and do anything to help in player retention, though this is a game, it's also a business for the owner(s), so keeping it professional and courteous is extremely important to normal functioning of the staff team.
( Willing to resign from my current staff position if needed. )
