Bans: Early on got a RDM/LTAP ban. As a GenSec Cadet me and a D-Class were partaking in an argument, I took it too far and went into CDC to kill him, I then left to avoid dealing with the Admin sit as I knew what I did was wrong.

Warns: FearRP warns due to a general lack of understanding of the whole "you have to fear for your life concept".

RDM warn due to thinking it was realistic to kill a lone restrained D-Class during a Code-5.

FailRP warn due to a general lack of understanding on how roleplay works/server rules.

What Makes me a Suitable Candidate for the Ethics Committee Assistant Role?
Knowledge of all Foundation Codes
Due to my time spent within the Foundation I have learnt all aspects of the Code of Ethics and Conduct. I have come to a stage where I feel confident in answering questions regarding the codes accurately. My knowledge of the codes also ensures that I can act as a teacher/role model to lower ranking Foundation personnel as I can use my knowledge to further enhance theirs and make their experience at the Foundation.

Overall, my knowledge of the Code of Ethics and Conduct gives me many admirable aspects to my character in which I can utilise to mines and others advantages.

Reliable
During my time at the Foundation I have always been complimented on my reliability. When it comes to accomplishing tasks set out by others or being the one to assist others (E.g answering questions and performing miscellaneous tasks) I and others have always seen myself as a reliable figure. My reliability also ensures that a task set out for me will always be complete in the set time to the best of my standards.

Overall, no matter what it comes to, I will always be a reliable figure to all Foundation personnel.

Documentation Skills
My previous roles within the Foundation have all played a part into my documentation skills. First, documentation is a really important aspect of being an Ethics Assistant - in which I will get into later on - therefore you must have great documentation skills, skills in which I possess. I know how to format a document and what details to highlight and note down. No matter what type of document I am asked to write (E.g departmental report or interview) I know how to write it well.

Overall, my documentation skills excel in every aspect. I consider myself to be amongst the best in regards to this quality.

Professionalism
Both on Site and off Site I always present myself/character in a professional manner. Of course I can have fun/a good laugh with others but I always prioritise keeping to a professional state. No matter what the situation may be, my professionalism is always upkept. In a stressful situation I can remain calm, in an important situation I can remain quiet and respectful and in general I am always seen to be respectful, respectable and well kept.

Overall, my professionalism is always expressed no matter the situation. I am confident that my professionalism will always be upkept no matter the situation.

Responsibilities of an Ethics Committee Assistant
Interviewing Department Seniors & Directors
The Ethics Committee are always occupied with important matters, therefore they need Ethics Committee Assistant to keep track of the departments on site. One way of doing this is by giving interviews to departmental seniors and directors to acquire valuable of interest information for the respective Ethics Committee Member. They are also expected to format the interview in such a way where all dialogue is accurate and easy to read, also they are expected to write a conclusion of the interview(s) so that the respective Ethics Committee Member fully understands.

Upholding the Code of Ethics & Conduct
Although they are Ethics Assistants, they are still expected to uphold all on site codes to ensure that it is running smoothly and efficiently. They are expected to write down on any major breaches of the on site codes and they are to give out warnings/punishments - alternatively give the case to Internal Affairs. However, a punishment is never always needed. In minor infractions or infractions committed by junior level personnel they are to teach them on the on site codes to ensure that no mishaps are to happen again.

Assessing and Collecting Information on Departments
As we all know the Ethics Committee reviews departments and writes extensive notes down on what they are to improve on. However, Ethics Members are not always available to collect information on the departments necessary to the departmental review. That's why it is one of the jobs as an Ethics Committee Assistant to collect the information and assess the department for themselves. Assistants are expected to assess every aspect of the departments (E.g for research it would be trainings & testing) and then write down what they have assessed on a document structured well for the respective Ethics Committee Member to look over.

Being the 'Middle Man' or Messenger
Not always can Ethics Committee Members come down from Floor 3 themselves to approve of operations, testing's or simply answer questions. Hence why Ethics Committee Assistants Exist. To ensure that the Ethics Committee remains undisrupted, Assistants are expected to go down themselves and either approve of the operation/testing (under Ethics orders only) or answer the questions asked by the respective personnel. We are also expected to review documentation regarding pending of approval operations and testing to ensure that the document in question is in good condition to send up to the Ethics Committee.

Overall, Ethics Committee Assistants are expected to assist the Committee in any way the deem necessary. Whether it be upholding the on site codes themselves or collecting information on departments for reviews, we must always ensure that their expectations are met and that the Committee/site runs efficiently.
