Age: 16
In what country are you located?: Scotland
Time zone: BST
Character name(s): Johnny 'Delta-7' Livingstone
Civilian name: Danny Livingstone
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): UK
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: MTF-Nu7 PVT
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?

This is a second account as my first one was bugged. All of my games stopped syncing on it so I had to game-share to a new one. Apologies for any inconveniences this may have made.

As of recently 1x RDM | Killed a lone D-Class who was restrained in Med-Bay by themselves during a Code-5.
The more older warns were from FearRP, RDM and FailRP. My first few weeks on this server were also my few first few weeks on GMod. Of course I have since grown a better understanding of the rules.

During my first week I got a RDM/LTAP ban for 2 weeks | Myself (GenSec) and another D-Class were having a little 'scuffle' so I decided to enter Class-D Cells to kill the D-Class, I then realised what I did was wrong so I left to avoid the sit with the admin.

Why am I Applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?
I am applying for the position of Internal Affairs Ambassador because I am confident that my expertise and skills could be used more effectively if I were to be in a higher up position within the Internal Affairs Department.

Additionally, I have really enjoyed my time as an Internal Affairs Agent. The role has brought a great amount of interest within me and the endless roleplay situations that I can involve myself in really motivate me to play the role and dedicate my time towards it.

Finally, knowing that the reports that I write and the operations that I carry out are solidified in server lore really make its feel like I am not only benefiting the department, but also the entire site.

Overall, I am applying because I enjoy the role of Internal Affairs Agent greatly and I wish to expand my enjoyments and use my skillsets to benefit the Department more.

What Makes me a Suitable Internal Affairs Ambassador?
Regarding the position of Internal Affairs Ambassador I am very confident that I possess the skills necessary and relevant towards becoming an Ambassador. Here is just a select few of them;

Dedication
My dedication towards the Department - in my humble opinion - excels greatly. I am both a useful asset and very active within the Agent role. I will never and have never shied away from doing the duties of my role within the Foundation. Plus, due to my immense passion for the role I am always motivated to get on and do my job.

Documentation Skills
From my first day as an Agent I have been making non-stop reports regarding incidents I have been involved in or witnessed and arrests that I have made. I always ensure to include and highlight all the key information whilst still including every detail of the report. Also, my formatting skills are impeccable. I have been complimented many times on my format skills, this is of course because I make my documents easy to read, clean and sectioned appropriately.

Fairness Within my Character
During situations where I am either making an arrest or listening in to every parties story regarding a 'sticky' situation, I am remain calm and make it as fair as possible for every party involved. Therefore, allowing every involved party to get the outcome which they deserve whilst still making the appropriate punishment and getting my message across regarding the situation. I also prioritise the gather of evidence from every party involved within the arrest to ensure that everyone is dealt with accordantly. Finally, I ensure to always give out the deserved arrest time or punishment for the guilty person(s). Meaning, if they are only a junior member within the Foundation I will teach them on the Code of Ethics/Conduct and ensure that they don't do it again, and with more senior staff within the Foundation - 9 times out of 10 - I arrest them for the code that they have broken for an appropriate time whilst providing them with the Code of Ethics/Conduct to read over during their arrest.

Willingness to Teach
All Agents no matter how they act or who they are deserve to be taught on they ways of an Internal Affairs Agent. Whether they are questioning a policy within the department or are wanting to become Agents, I will always ensure that they are taught properly and that a question never remains unanswered. It is entirely unfair to withhold - within limits - knowledge from an Agent.

Willingness to Help
Not only does being apart of the Internal Affairs Department mean assisting your fellow Agents and Foundation staff with arrests, but it also means being a general assistance to everyone on site. As expected, Internal Affairs Agents are meant to know the Code of Ethics and Conduct like it is the back of their hand. Therefore, when a Site-65 staff approaches you in need of assistance you should provide them with an answer, in which I do and will never stop doing. Assisting Foundation staff has always been up there as one of my priorities as an Internal Affairs Agent.

What makes a Document Foundation Worthy?
To what makes a document "Foundation worthy" is a question which is answered differently by many people. Regardless, I will be telling youse onto how a document can be considered "Foundation worthy".

Formatting
All documents no matter what department you work in needs to be formatted efficiently and correctly - department policy -, meaning that all documents must be formatted in a manner which highlights all the key/relevant information such as; All persons involved, date, articles broken, time in solitary, location(s) and the occupation of the arrested person(s).
Additionally, whilst still including all these details you must also format the actual story/happenings of the situation in as much detail as possible whilst still remaining in a readable and neat manner. Therefore you must create new paragraphs when moving on from one part of the story to another, use correct punctuation and of course ensure that every part of the story remains in chronological order.

Grammar
For a document to at least be considered good, it must attain consistent and correct grammar. For a document to be understandable and correct you must always use proper grammar. To how you would use proper grammar; Capital letters on nouns and the start of sentences, punctuation when needed, correct spelling and the correct terms.

Responsibilities of an Internal Affairs Ambassador
Trainings
Agents need to be properly trained by an Internal Affairs Ambassador to ensure that they can start their journey through the department and commit to their roles perfectly. Trainings can either be done by one to ones or a mass lecture which states all the information relevant to the Department of Internal Affairs for the trainee Agents.

Punishments
Although to be an Agent you must be correctly trained, doesn't mean that all Internal Affairs Agents are going to uphold the site policy, department policy or their roles within the department. Therefore Agents will need punished. Punishments should always remain fair no matter how severe the action was committed by the Agent in question.

Investigations
If requested by the Director of Internal Affairs, Ethics Committee member or if you feel as one is needed, Ambassadors of the Internal Affairs Department are allowed to launch investigation on a person or group of individuals. Investigations ensure that no one goes unpunished for their actions and that every bit of information regarding the investigated person(s) are gathered so that the punishment remains fair. Investigation details can only be/should be informed to a Director of Internal Affairs and an Ethics Committee member.

Assigning Duties to Agents
To uphold the efficiency within the department, an Ambassador of the Internal Affairs Department should assign Agents duties to conduct. Duties include' HCZ patrols [2 Agents], enforcing Legal Codex in D-Block, LCZ patrols, IA reception and being stationed at interrogation. It is also protocol for Agents working on these duties to tab in on any ongoing/recent situations and their duties in general.

Good understanding of what a document needs
Excellent Lore, did a full google doc for an ambassador application...
Not seen anything negative

Overall I believe there is no reason why Johnny could not make it as an Internal Affairs Ambassador and I believe he could greatly assist the department.

from your recent roles you have obtained you have left them soon after getting the role which i fear you are going to do with internal affairs brewer AKA johnny delta has held DOR and intel ambassador after leaving the dor position you went after intel ambassador and have abandoned the job a week or 2 after getting it

while you are most certainly suited for the role you leave the roles you obtain almost immediatly within a week or 2 which i cannot deem you suitable for IA ambassador sorry you are suited for the position but for the reasons stated above this is why i will leave a -support it seems you are just gaining cl4 roles and not putting any real effort into them
