What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[No but there are a lot of complaints and something needs to be done]
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
No more combat jumping
No more Hitbox abuse when jumping
Easier to move around
Gears more towards those who have leg issues so it's a nice add
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Nothing it's a NAT possitive
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because jumping is ruining RP and it would just be better if it was removed, all these people jumping around is disgusting.
