Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
- Because I have noticed that there have been some corrupt members in command and I want to make sure I can climb the ranks and snoop them out also to train the new generation of agents
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
- I have been given heavy praise from the director for my work and my de-escalation when it comes to conflict with other regiments and higher positions
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
- Knowledge of Internal Security and the legal codex. Also to be respectful and respectable in ALL situations to try and keep ISD name clean which at the moment is all over the place at times
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
- If I have to be 100% honest I have not done any MAJOR documents.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:

1. Training Agents
The job of training agents is key to make ISD larger and hope that the training you give them is great so they know how to deal with most if not all situations
2. Legal Codex
This is priority making sure all personnel are doing what department and global policy's tell them to do for example Gensec In D-Block or on patrols not fucking around running to heavy to chill ect..
3. Agent Reports
Making sure ALL reports are dealt with swiftly and effectively so ISD keeps a clean image and making everyone trust ISD more
4. Relations
Making sure to keep relations to ALL personnel clean, making sure o don't take sides and be bias towards a specific department at the end of the day we are a neutral branch
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
- Because I like to deal with all situations carefully and my end goal is NOT to arrest but warn if forced to due to clear disrespect of the codex I will do but arresting is last resort when people can just be informed and will be arrested for breaking other offences after warnings.

Jonathan 'Spectre' Hale was born in Boston UK and JUST passed school and then studied law, after studying law he gave up after passing and went to become a HGV driver going around all of Europe and decided to move to Canada , once in Canada he was lost and worked at the pinewood rangers office only as a legal advisor and then after 4 years was seen by the foundation inviting them to join as an agent taking the offer Jonathan 'Spectre' Hale went up through the ranks as a well respected member
