last weekend i was removed from o5 by "NL" due to a strike i received while site director.. with that strike we were told it would not effect any applications and was given due to being in the external discord..i was double punished.
i was offered the site director role but turned it down as the stress as site director was something i no longer wanted to deal with... as site director i was a sudeo staff member and was dealing with mutiple staff issues that really should of been dealt with by staff.. i handled s harrasment claims against other players, players that no longer wanted to be around and more... i did more for the community then anyone realised but still i was double punished because of a strike that i was told shouldn't be accounted for during applications...
in the removal from o5 meeting, they mentioned the other reason i was removed was due to o5 showing bias to me.... o5 wasn't punished i was punished??
oh well
anyway shout out to my dogs for a fun 1 year, i know i hit you with the josh message and deleted my discord but i just don't have a desire to really game after my removal.
