Denied Josie the Half-Cat

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a safe, passive SCP in the form of SCP-529, Josie the Half Cat.

For actual content for the SCP, you could either give Josie a tall jump height or allow Josie to go briefly invisible.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I was able to search up.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- More safe class SCP's providing passive RP.
- Another entry level SCP for new players.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Another role, thus technically spreading the player base.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Honestly, I quite enjoy running around as 999 and 2295, getting into harmless hijinks and such. Having a cat run around to cause a bit more harmless hijinks sounds fun.
