- Throughout my somewhat lengthy period of time on Civil Networks I have only received a single warn for FearRP from the beginning of my time on the server, I received this warn due to my inexperience with the type of ruleset a server of this calibre upholds. I have since held the position of moderator which depicts my ability to maintain maturity.
What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
- I strongly believe I am the most suitable, if not the best current and future candidate for the position of Ethics Committee Assistant due to a plethora of reasons. Firstly, I believe I possess a great deal of confidence when it comes to both my communication skills and my decisions, It is known to both myself and many other of my close friends that I hold a great confidence in conversation which I aspire to utilise within RP situations and taskings from the Ethics Committee. Regarding the second section of this point, I wholeheartedly believe that any single person in a leadership position such as Ethics Committee Assistant should possess the necessary confidence required to make decisions, a leader should not be second guessing or unsure on their next course of action, possibly even getting intimidated my other peoples demands and ideas but I truly foresee that I possess this greatly needed skill to make my own choices under pressure. Secondly I take pride in my continuously rising activity, after taking a 2 week long trip away from home my vTime has almost already returned to its former status which further displays my dedication to the role and the server. Next, I shall make it clear my views on the Ethics Committee within RP. I believe that the foundation strives off of ethical behaviour, without the Ethics Committee the site would be in a shambles as a result of constant pockets of corruption and a lack of morals among the site staff, The Committee quite frankly maintains class and order amongst the members of the facility allowing the foundation to operate at maximum efficiency. Moreover, I further consider myself as the ideal candidate for this role due to my extensive experience throughout the site. Currently, I am an operative in Omega-1 holding the rank of Lance Corporal, throughout my time in O-1 I have improved my maturity, leadership and my confidence in both myself and the Code of Ethics. Throughout my time in this Mobile Task Force position I have both watched and listened to the ECA's and ECM's actions and words and have felt nothing but pure aspiration to be in their shoes of diplomacy. Furthermore, I have previously spent several months of my time on the server as an Epsilon-11 CSG, this position has gifted me with several opportunities to display my leadership abilities as I have hosted an excessive amount of minor and large scale trainings to both motivate, improve and entertain the members of Epsilon-11 further conveying my motivation towards the playerbase.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
- The posting of Ethics Committee Assistant comes with several very important duties and responsibilities, but one most certainly takes the cake. As said in the Job Title, they assist. I believe that the ECA should act as a middle man between the general staff of the foundation and the Ethics Committee themselves. In my assistant posting I would reach out the the site staff enquiring about any queries or propositions that need answering, I would spend a great deal of time in the Personnel Wing and the Research Department having in depth conversations with aspiring researchers seeking test approval gathering information to forward onto the the Ethics Members themselves. Not thought to many people, but I believe an ECA should take pride in their work and strive to be as approachable and likeable as possible to maintain the favour of the people, the facility should grow to love ethics, therefore as an ECA I would make my presence known by actively walking the halls and seeking interaction with even the lower ranking members of the site.

> ████ Jaquavian, born ██ / ██ / ████ was raised in the westside hood of Detroit alongside his many brothers in the Jaquavian family, Kaiko's parents both passed away when he and his brothers were at a very young age leaving them to fend for themselves in the brutal and rough Michigan city. Due to the immense pressure on the family to even survive in their early days the brothers grew an inseparable bond with one and other, a bond bound by blood that would hold for a lifetime.
After several years of barely surviving the cruel indifference of the universe, the indomitable human spirit pulled through and all of the Jaquavian brotherhood made a break for something bigger in life. Kaiko's brothers went several different ways, Requis got into a top university, Hunter found himself in the police force with the rest of them all finding a purpose in life. But Kaiko, Kaiko joined the armed forces.
Kaiko served for 3 years in the United States Marine Corps, he was about to go on his last mission out in Afghanistan, a simple patrol was all. Kaiko obviously thought nothing of it, strapping on his gear and mounting the turret of his Humvee, the vehicle sped off and it all faded away.

To both great surprise and joy, Kaiko discovered his brother Requis Jaquavian had risen to the rank of Ethics Member whilst Kaiko was in the Marines. Their reunion meant a lot to each of the brothers and enhanced their ability to work together. Overtime Kaiko rose through the ranks of Omega-1 before reaching the rank of LCPL, he was now an experienced enlisted operative, but he wanted something bigger in the foundation.
Kaiko always found himself as a bit of a spokes person and decided to put his confident skill set to great use by writing a letter of application to the ethics committee enquiring about the position of Ethics Committee Assistant. Kaiko was a nervous wreck but knew he had the capabilities to succeed in such a role, ████ wrote his heart into that letter before handing it off to a current Ethics Assistant for delivery.
He sent off the letter and eagerly awaited a response.
