Kate Brumlow was hired from among a set of promising candidates from SCP-4036 with acceptable sympathies to the foundation. Kate had the potential for work in the foundations research wing and a desire to better understand extradimensional space which was being limited by the agreements between the foundation and SCP 4036's authorities. After a closer assessment period in which Kate among the other candidates were inspected to insure there ability for foundation loyalty Kate was cleared for foundation work and allowed to continue nalkic worship within reasonable limits.
So far Kate has given no reason to doubt their loyalties beyond the fact they still have strong loyalty to SCP-4036 and should the foundation’s relations with the government of SCP-4036 ever sour it is advised Kate Brumlow be taken into temporary custody until a time where their loyalty can be assured through other means.
Kate was born in a rural village in SCP-4036 due to a lack of record keeping; the birth went unrecorded. Kate has told us from a young age they aided the village apothecary who would instil them with an interest in the flora and fauna of SCP-4036 and told them a story of going to a different dimension due to an unidentified anomaly. From here Kate began to try and find out more about other dimensions and this led her to moving to the city of [REDACTED] in order to study biology and physics. The foundation would become aware of Kate after they began looking into a number of suspected anomalies within SCP-4036 and despite them being explained as natural ,if strange, weather patterns Kate was offered an apprenticeship in the foundation research staff as apart of a program with the aim of improving foundation reputation within SCP-4036 while also accessing an new recruitment pool.
During apprenticeship Kate was receptive to the foundation and lacked the usual adversity to the foundation common to the residents of SCP-4036 and has agreed to increased quarters inspections and a reduced right to privacy in return for monitored communication into SCP-4036 for personal reasons.
