Staying Respectful​

From all my Experience on the server i learned towards respect to people. Yes some people my remeber my not exactly toxic but disrespectful messages that i sent a long time ago i am ashamed of them and i hope i wont ever send the type of those messages again. Since then i never disrespected anyone and helped everyone no matter their rank/position if they are respectful towards me.

My Contribution Towards The Job​

I am contributed towards the job that im pursuing at the moment in the RP situation, Whenever it ranges from an Medical Personnel to an E-11 Personnel

Finishing my tasks​

From the start of my Experience on this amazing server i quickly advanced from an not so known cadet/trainee to an E-11 LCPL which im proud of.When im given a task i can finish it excatly as i was told to and quick. Eg. only in 9 days i became from an E-11 pvt towards an E-11 LCPL.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:​

Control Over The Information Breaches​

A part of the Overseers assistant job is dealing with information breaches. Asking the Alpha-1 for help to cover the information breach, Or dealing with it themself. Its an procedure to secure the information about clearences they dont have acces to.​

Authorization Of Advanced Armory​

In emergencies like breaches, When a breach is getting out of control but the ERT is still enroute Advanced Armory can be approved to the Mobile Task Force Non Commissioned Officers+ E-11 always takes priority. But the Advanced Armory cannot be authorized to lower ranks due to the Advanced Armory having very dangerous equipment that could result in a mass termination of foundation personnel if used incorrectly​

Representing The O5 Council And Finishing Their Orders​

One of the most important parts of the Overseers assistant job is to represent them due to the event having a high risk. Assisting the O5 Council in finishing their duties as well as is following their orders no matter what.​

Being the main chain bettwen the O5 Council and Foundation Personnel​

A part of the Overseers assistant job is to be the communication chain bettwen the O5 Council and the Foundation Personnel Eg. A Senior Researcher wants to conduct a test involving SCP-914 and SCP-330 but there is a possibility of the SCP-330 termination thats when the researcher organizes meeting with the Overseer Assistant and tells him his idea and if the idea is good the Assistant passes the document to a member of the Overseer Council​

CL4 Duties​

The duties of the Overseer assistant come to normal CL4 Job aswell to Opening doors when needed, Closing the blast doors when a breach happeneds. turning on/off teslas ect​

You can be super mingey a lot of the time
I've seen you many times entice toxicity in OOC, and if not enticing it, doing it yourself.
If someone doesn't instantly reply to you or something doesn't go your way, you resort to continuously messaging that person.
I said this on your last application and I stand by it - your reputation as CL4 both IC and OOC is important, as well as the way you behave on other jobs. For this reason I really don't think you're anywhere near ready for a CL4 position, especially one of an Assistant to the most powerful positions on the site.

@Kayla I recommend letting people go of their past if their admit they done bad and that they regret what they did. only if its like a bad thing like erp or glitch abuse

It's not just past things. I have seen comments in chat within the last week also. On top of this I've heard reports from people TODAY about you consistantly messaging them + others when not recieving the answer you want/any at all.

Unfortunately, Keddy, as much as I do find you to be a fun player, I agree with what Kayla has said. I haven't been a witness or victim to the toxicity but I can agree that your minging on Medical and other jobs doesn't make me confident in your behavior should you get CL4. Additionally, constantly begging me to do SCP-008 and other tests isn't the best way to get things from me or anyone (especially when in some cases you shouldn't know about SCP-008 when you ask). Try and focus on your reputation before applying for CL4 - things like not injecting people with chemicals, not pestering people incessantly (once or twice is enough), behaving as E-11 and doing your duties to a high standard, and generally trying to perform your duties for any role; all help you in trying to get CL4.
