Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?
I am applying for DoISD because I feel as I would be competent enough and have the appropriate qualities for this role, I have over 3 months' time as Commissioner so I understand very well how ISD runs and in what ways it could be improved or changed upon. I have a good record from previous conduct on the server and believe I have proven to be a good member of the ISD management through contributions to my office (OIDR) and TRU.

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:
I would be suitable for DOISD due to being quite active on site and always willing to help other members of ISD when possible. I've shown my leadership capabilities through the revival of TRU and the effort I put into ISD as a whole, I push for newer members of ISD to better themselves and assist them on how to make them stand out more so they have the opportunities for promotions and awards.
Being the second oldest commissioner in regard to time on site, I have settled into the role and assisted with several means of benefiting ISD, from improving interactions with O-1 and ethics to TRU being known more on site, therfore creating further RP for ISD and the rest of the server. I'm known as always being easy to speak with when others need to speak or voice their complaints, even if it is from an ISD member or another member on Site.
Further to this, I have liaised with other commissioners and past directors on how to improve ISD and implemented these ideas for the better. If I were to become the DoISD, I have several ideas on how to revamp certain areas, this includes a slight change to the introduction of newer people to ISD to be more in depth to improve their conduct on the Job and more.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
There are several responsibilities that a DoISD holds. This includes ensuring that the FLC is enforced, proving to others that you are capable in regard to cross-departmental relations, Making sure Audits are properly authorised and with valid reasoning, making sure the Sub-Units (TRU/IWD) are functioning appropriately.

- Maintaining relations between the offices (OIDR/OILA) by ensuring commissioners who run them are communicating.
- If a CL4 member of ISD has acted wrong that it is acted upon and warnings or demotions (if severe) are given and to discuss with them how to act better
- If any members of ISD or other departments come with ideas to discuss them and provide feedback, and if possible, to employ the ideas if they better the department
- Making sure documents (Roster, handbook etc) are up to date and accurate
- In the leadership meetings, voicing issues with the departments and making sure leadership of ISD is pushing to make these issues better.
- Lastly, to make sure that activity in the department as a whole is good, pushing for more recruitment/making sure people are getting promoted if they deserve it/encouraging investigators to apply for inspector etc...
Keith is a 68 year old commissioner based within site 65, his past includes being an ex-nu7 CPT which led to severe injuries forcing him to retire leading to his re-assignment to ISD.
During his time at ISD, he has quickly risen through the ranks and proven himself to be a capable and competent individual due to his past. However, before his time at the foundation, his memory is vague and he can’t seem to remember what he did apart from blurry memories of a military past. He is always known to Smile and is "just happy to be here"
He aspires to move up in the ranks of the internal security department and to push it to be greater than it ever has been, and has begun this through his revitalisation of TRU.
