- I have had some experience as a staff member in an old gaming community with like 200+ people
- This is my first roleplay server and I have gained experience since first joining
- I can be on for 4+ hours per day maybe more as I have finished school for good
- I want to become a moderator so that I can make more use of my increased amount of time. I have just returned from a large LOA because of my final exams and now I have a lot of time I want to dedicate it to improving the server. I have been in many sits and watched on as the moderator has had to deal with some unruly people and all I could do was sit there. I want to be involved and be able to help people within the server and better their experience. My experience has been ruined multiple times by people who have no regard for the rules or for roleplay and I want to be able to have the ability to make it so that other people do not go through the same thing. Overall I have an urge to help and to lift the weight off other staff members shoulders and to bear the load.
- I do not think that I am special over the other applicants, however I feel that my motivation and activity is my strong point. Also my motivation to better myself and to learn how to become a better moderator in any situation. I am also very open to feedback from anyone if it will help me improve the staff experience. Overall I would be able to spend lots of time dedicated to aiding the people of the server and would love to be given the chance to.
