What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make it so the lights in killhouse are not effected by blackouts, and stay enabled like some rooms in the foundation already do.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not to my knowledge, atleast not with the new killhouse.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Makes it so people can still continue their tryouts during blackouts
-Decreased the time it takes for tryouts to get completed if blackouts do happen
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Takes up developer time which as we know is already very limited.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Well its a pretty basic change which i cannot see many negatives around, so i believe it should be accepted.
