Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- a Verbal? or it was an actual warning i accidentally killed a Ambassador when i first started no one told me they can swap forms and i mistaken them for CI the agent was nice and helped me better understand
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
- Many, i came from GTA V RP or FIVEM and that is a lot more adult stuff so i dealt with people getting aggressive and irritating all the time i used to be a staff member for a city with a population of about 500-800 people dealt with many tickets we had a lot of rules to keep up with
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
- FIVE M & REDM are my two previous RP experiences lasting about 3 years, i was Staff in FIVEM and with there being a lot of rules i tend to be a stickler following our rules we have here on GMOD I've done more clips here than ever due to my medal not working for the longest time i think I've done one almost every other day for something or I'm dragging a JR into IA for rule breaking but i wanna try and give them the chance to at least explain I'm Strict with rules but i still at least give them a chance to explain something
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
- 4-8 Mostly but odd days i do 8-12 i do DOORDASH so i'm not 9-5 i work 4 hours whenever i want really if i need more money i work longer type of deal
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- i think i bring my Experience over from being in Whitelisted heavy rule communities to better help deal with some of the people we get in the server on a daily, The staff team is excellent they have helped me out more times than i can count but now i wanna throw my hat in and help them out do my part keep server flowing and keep the minges out that just wanna turn it into some TDM server where anything goes Here at the foundation we like RP not RDM and unethical Tests
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
they're probably other applicants who are just as good if not better, i want the server to have the best staff team i believe i can bring that element and only thing i can ask is if you were to hire me today where would you use my skills? how could i better help you make the team flow and be more effective? i like to ask questions and connect with my team this being you guys as well as the community cause you can't oversee people you don't know or interact with
