What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Makes the person arresting be able to pick felony misdemeanour or infraction instead of it being set times
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Means we have more flexibility with the times people can get arrested instead of being forced to arrest someone for 20 minutes because technically the crime they committed is a felony.
don't need 2 the first one is the best reason.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None anyone that says oh but someone can just put felony for trespassing even though its not. They can put you in for 20 minutes for trespassing and they get dealt with the same way they would
