Yes, 2 warnings both for failRP, the first was received as I was a thaumatologist with freedom SR and I had shot a class-D even though there was no hostile action towards myself. The other was during early morning I thought it'd be funny to hack the computers around site to cause the cognitohazard to appear when used which was later explained to me as I didn't realise this was failRP at the time.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I am applying for Executive Researcher because I feel I resonate with the research department as a whole and it's honestly where I've stuck since first joining the server. A lot of researchers were very approachable and were willing to answer any questions I had which made me feel welcomed within research and I honestly want to provide that same support to a further extent than I already have been that I initially had during my first times on the server.
I am also typically active during times of low-pop where I often see a lot of Jr Researchers and being there to support them allows for a more enjoyable experience for them as well.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I know I can be a bit of a mess around while on researcher but I think that adds to the fun of it and makes for a easily approachable character for new researchers. I always give support to researchers when they ask for any advice or if they aren't sure how a certain protocol works. I also have a decent knowledge of many SCPs kept within the site and I am always open towards new proposals or testing. I hope to be able to create new RP within research that hopefully involves more departments and try and get people to experiment with the less loved SCPs as I often see a lot of them locked away and underappreciated...
I believe that my character has made lots of friendships with many site personnel of all departments which can really help me achieve this goal of bringing all departments into research as we are a research facility, it only makes sense to make sure everyone gets involved.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I myself have no excellent graded documents written however I believe I have the understanding of what makes a document excellent.
- Correct spelling and grammar which is consistent throughout.
- A clear purpose for the test that is being conducted.
- Having the test being able to relate to previous testing or even spark new potential ideas for further research.
- Including pictures and diagrams to display results or answers in a clear and concise way.
- Filling in new pages, sections or headings as you see fit to further analyse the information.
And most importantly, to have fun with it and to not overwork yourself! (It's a game after all!).
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Executive researchers many responsibilities within the site in RP these include but are not limited to:
- Watch over ongoing testing and give suggestions/provide support for researchers.
- Assist researchers with writing documents, promote creative tests and proper test protocol including following things like the FLC.
- Grade documents written by researchers and give pointers where it could be improved as there is always room for improvement.
Executives are to serve as role models for new aspiring researchers and to make sure researchers are having fun/engaged during their tests as after all it is their ideas. You should never make someone stray away from a test idea that they believe would be a fun idea or even just interesting, we want to promote thinking outside the box - It's all research at the end of the day...

Background
Lebronic was a quiet and secluded individual often burying himself into his work and university. He had an unique collection of exotic insects and bugs which he took care of within his apartment. Within his collection he had a single
male specimen of the portia fimbriata or more commonly known as a fringed jumping spider which had originated from Queensland, Australia. While this spider was new to his collection it quickly became one of his favourite ones with most of his attention being drawn to it. However what was unusual was that the spider could communicate with Lebronic telepathically, while he initially just thought it was his own mind playing games on him he quickly realised what was truly happening. Lebronic kept an online journal with information and facts about each of his collection which documented how they got on throughout each day.
Within the journal and it's specified page for "Rocky" which was the name given to the jumping spider due to its appearance. Over the two month span where Lebronic had Rocky, the journal displayed a very unusual bond between the two as Lebronic claimed of having full blown conversations and social interactions with Rocky. Often those who saw his page believed he was some sort of schizophrenic individual who was just posting for attention however two observant researchers from the SCP Foundation and specifically Site-15, reached out to Lebronic as entomologists who were interested in his fringed jumping spider however they were really trying to verify their thoughts on it which it could be potentially anomalous.
Eventually, the researchers and Lebronic agreed to a day to meet and to share notes and the researchers had a conversation with Rocky which eventually confirmed their suspicions however Lebronic's journal was extremely well kept with accurate details and a proper structure it always abided to. After a little discussion amongst themselves they formally invited Lebronic to work a trial period at site-15 as a Junior Researcher which would start in approximately a month from the time of conversation. Lebronic being sceptical of such a proposal was caution at first however he eventually took leave from work and just didn't show up to university lectures to pursue this interesting career.
Introduction to the Anomalous
Lebronic was a Junior Researcher but brought along with him a new unclassed SCP. His induction was long and he thought was quite dull as it was just a lot of protocols and the need to know stuff before getting to the engaging part. As Lebronic knew the most about this new SCP, dubbed SCP-1470 by the foundation, he became project leads for it and he wrote many documents in regards to Rocky. Rocky also was appreciative of the new atmosphere and social interactions he got as part of his containment included up to three interviews daily. Rocky gave innovative ideas for researchers who were seeing if he was the curious type. Eventually after around two months and a promotion to Researcher, Rocky met his unfortunate fate. Lebronic while he didn't show it was devastated as after all this time he had a serious bond with him. Eventually Lebronic was transferred to a new site with new SCPs to explore with - Site-65.
New Site, New Run
Lebronic had begun warming up to the anomalous world at his previous site however was once again reserved as he didn't know anyone at the new site. Quickly he warmed up as a lot of his senior researchers and the executives helped him put the effort in and quickly became very open with those he was working alongside. A few SCPs which Lebronic really took an interest in was SCP-9000-A2 and -A3, SCP-087 and SCP-427 and its -2 instances as he often saw them underappreciated and often left alone and never tested on. He has done a few tests on SCP-9000 behaviour and the same with SCP-427-2 however nothing really came of it and planned on sending other sentient SCPs down SCP-087 to see how it would affect them. Alongside his colleague John, he would experiment with them within dimensions too.
Soon both John and Lebronic decided to think about the art of Surveillance and how dimensional travel and things such as cameras work within them. Soon they lead a project 'Keyhole' which involved spy drones within the confines of 22415's dimension the specifics of the project and testing involved is kept within the documentation as the less people that know the better. alongside DEA they found that it was in fact extremely effective and changes the way that SOP can surveil the surface and other GOIs or even potential raids on the site. Both of them still proceed to look into this dimensional testing and hope to improve the utilisation of different dimensions as it helps with testing endeavours.
Lebronic never really mentions anything in regards to his previous placement at Site-15 however has kept a single thin file from there. The insides - unknown to his fellow researchers - holds the projects and information of SCP-1470, or to him his friend who started this whole career and it remains within his desks drawer remaining closed.
