Allows us to see if we can raid when there aren't 4 MTF online
It's just a good QoL

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
should be added, since DEA CL4's count towards number of personal needed online for raids

If GOC/CI cannot determine this from the tab menu, then something went wrong, as I recall it being specified in the ticket that the presence of CL4 DEA should be visible to other factions for this purpose.

If they should find out IC there should not be a OOC rule about raiding... IC they would not wait for a certain amount of combatives before raiding they would want as little as possible.
