What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Let's you restock your door charges similar to Field Kit's and Flash Bangs/Smokes

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Evil locked doors go boom
Door charges become actually useful without needing several people playing a job with them

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
evil people can't make buildings impossible to enter by locking them
