Denied let ECA and OSA credit without approval or let them approve there own credit

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
make it so ECA and OSA can credit without approval

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
ECA's and OSA's can credit people without approval
instant XP for people and easier to do stuff
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
literally nothing its a whitelisted role that has SC watching over it

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
this suggestion should be accepted because it makes no sense that they cant credit without approval, special agents can credit and approve there own credit. if your going to allow normal level 2 researchers credit without approval let the cl4 whitelisted role locked behind an application credit without approval too-

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

you schould put in there something like
"Some dclass dont wanna do anything (as example: Sampling,testing) when they dont get credit because they didnt get credited"

Ill be honest, if an assistant isn't trusted to abuse something as simple as a crediting system, then they should not be a SC Assistant, not trusting them is purely an IC reason

Their credits shouldn't need to be approved since they can credit already. Why would they need approval if they can credit people and just wait for SA+ or staff to approve all?
