I had Medical and Riot licenses.

I took a two-month break, and now both are gone. Is this an error, or do they get removed after some inactivity?

Almost forgot to mention my Cooking and Scavenging levels are also wiped.

You should contact a staff member in game with proof of you owning licenses, as to levels - it is impossible for them to be wiped from what I know (must be a different character that you played before you took the break).

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I wasn’t prepared for a wipe, so I didn’t take any screenshots. I was kind of hoping the staff had records, or at least that they’ll believe me—since these two licenses aren’t really the hardest to get, and I don’t think many people would lie about something this minor.

They do have records, but unfortunately logs dont go that far (2 months back), I think you gotta pass licenses tryouts again - staff can't take players word on everything!

they get removed if you are kicked from an MTF regiment, no idea about the cooking and scavenging

Cooking and scavenging levels are per character fyi.
GSD and Medical will have logs for licenses going back at least a few months at minimum
They don't get wiped periodically however when you leave an MTF they get wiped which is why its a good idea to take a screenshot
