I've had the opportunity to develop on another Garry's Mod community of comparable size, dipping my toes into not only pure Lua work, but a little bit of model and map related tasks too. Apart from Garry's Mod, I've also had the pleasure of developing websites, (Discord) bots, and projects for other games, such as FiveM. I've dabbled in development since I was 13, which has stayed a hobby of mine. This of course means that I'm also familiar with relational database languages like SQL. How many hours can you commit to developing per week?:It really depends on personal circumstances, motivation and current projects. I tend to binge a project once I start it rather than letting it drag on, so I do not really have a time reference - I've never really thought of it that way.
Why do you want to be a Developer? What can you help us with?: As mentioned above, coding has and always will be a hobby of mine. I like to offer some form of help to the community I play on, but I would also be dishonest if I said I didn't get an itch to hop into the IDE every time I see something I personally believe could use some work. An example of this is the current medical system — I believe it could use some love.
