What will you do to stop this from happening again: I wont take money in exchange for hits, It was 1 time and I was under the impression I was allowed. It wont happen again.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Ive been warned for NLR and RDM before

Why should you be unbanned: Because I was unaware that I wasnt allowed to do that as it isnt clearly stated in the rules, I made an honest mistake and I was completely honest, thorough and admitting to staff that I did it and was unaware I wasnt allowed to, stated I wouldnt do it again and that I was sorry.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: As ive learned from my past warns and bans. Also that I was honest about what I did and didnt try to hide it and ensured them I didnt know and that it wouldnt happen again.

Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because I enjoy playing here as its community and the enviorement of the server itself is very fun and enjoyable, I have always been honest with my mistakes and I have always learned. I just want to be able to play again.

Howdy,
You were a security guard escorting a Researcher to a test with a D-Class present. A medic was following you both to your test. Then, you suddenly turned around and killed the Medic. The Medic then reported you, and you claimed that the Researcher paid you $5,000 to kill the Medic, since the Researcher knew you personally and knew you were a "corrupt" member of the Foundation. I then contacted Flames, one of our Server Leadership members, to clarify for you which he did. You were then banned for 3 days, as we are required to, due to your 4 past warns for RDM in the past month.

Due to the nature of RDM cases, we're not able to give verbal warnings for them. RDM destroys other players RP, which leads to players being upset when they see no action is taken against an individual who blatantly RDMed them. So, we resorted to removing verbal warnings for RDM specifically. As apologetic and respectful as you were, I was not allowed to just verbally warn you and was instructed to ban you.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After careful consideration to the circumstances of the matter, I have decided not to remove your ban at this time. As Flashpoint indicated, RDM destroys other players roleplay, and this is not your first time being punished for the offence.

Whilst I appreciate that a researcher "put a hit on the other person", it makes no RP sense that the foundation would hire corrupt Gensec that would kill its researchers for personal gain.
