What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
I can bring lots to the Global Occult Coalition. I have lots of experience in making documents a few examples are my Intelligence Training VHS, CI R&D Docs and also Research Docs. I am incredibly skilled in making In-Game Doccs, even gotten excellent ratings before. I was well known in the CI R&D, one of the only members who was actively in it. I can offer my combat skills and tactical information which has even been taught by previous Nu-7 COM Avery. I know all formations; Tight Wedge, Loose Wedge, Prisoner Diamond, VIP Diamond to name a few. I know how to actively hide within the maps environment and maintaining distance within my enemy. I have incredible timing in KH ranging from 11-16 seconds. One key thing about me is my communication and organisation skills, I am great at calling out and marking enemies and etc, in game and in TS. I have binds made for all important situations, to ensure that, I am ready at all times. Also, to add I have multiple leadership skills from my time in the Foundation and other meaningful places.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
I want to join the Global Occult Coalition as I find it incredibly interesting to me, from reading lores online and canons and even researching it in my own free time. I was instantly in love with it, no need for constant SCP breaches or pestered about raid plans to break into the facility. Most of all is I want to engage myself in lore more, hence why i’ve been asking GMs if possibly I can help or attend events and etc. One thing in the foundation and CI is that it doesn’t engage with lore much. It’s more combat based where as GOC is going to focus more on research and it’s Five Fold Mission. From my observation in the past few weeks of GOC, it peaks my interest more and more, I have met some members from there and from their reports they love their place in GOC and its people.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The Global Occult Coalition was founded by United Nations, in order to defend humanity from all enemies and hostiles. It is one of the majorly powered groups within the SCP Universe, with lots of tech, research, funding and much more. Serving as the protector of the human race. Founded in
*||||||||* during The Seventh Occult War, during this time GOC was better known as the Allied Occult Initiative. Over the years GOC and or the countries wanted more control over the anomalous entities to destroy them so humanity will never be threatened ever again. All thought at this period of the time, the SCP Foundation had already existed but was very secretive and not known by any government at the time. GOC is openly a political organisation, that goes against anomalous persons or objects.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
The Physics Department. The GOC’s Action Arms! This department has been trained to execute missions to destroy any kind of TEs (Threat Entities.) There are 2 teams within this division; Assessment Team: The Assessment Team is tasked with investigating any kind of anomalies that pose a threat to humanity, to fill in info for the “Strike Team.” And to make sure correct assessments are given so the “Strike Team” can armour themselves up. And ready for the situation. Strike Team: Now, the Strike Team are the ones to actually go onto the surface and deal with the threat at hand. They are to eliminate or in some cases capture any kind of threats to humanity, this is done by the technology and gear they are given, these gear can come in suits. There are 7 Threat Levels 0-7. The Psyche Department The GOC's diplomatic arm. This department is tasked to communicate and maintain peace within the anomalous community such as the Foundation. There are 2 divisions; Special Observers: They are the agents within the base, identical to the Intel Department. They are to observe and investigate other anomalous places and report back. Ambassadors: Ambassadors are to maintain all connections with all people, ensuring that all contracts are being met up to standards. | | |
The Ptolemy Department The GOC's support arm. This division is tasked to support the other arms and maintain that all information and operations are going smoothly. This department also has 2 teams; Quartermasters: They are the logistics and support of the team they are to talk with other bases for supply and to distribute weapons, suits and armour to all departments. Research and Development: This department involves itself in research. They will test for anomalies or threats. Conduct in tech and also direct funds to no research. | | |
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The Five Fold Mission
Survival - GOC must protect all human life against the anomalous threats within the world. It is the swore mission, it takes priority over all other missions.
Concealment - GOC has to keep and maintain all anomalous knowledge and threats secretive. Exposure of threats could lead to world devastation and massive casualties in the human race.
Protect - GOC will always protect civilians, they will at all costs make sure humanity is safe. Unless it goes against mission 1 and 2.
Destruction - GOC will never risk any human life and in order to do this all anomalous threats has to be eliminated at all costs.
Education - GOC will always try their best to expand their knowledge of these anomalies and threats hence why R&D was made. But all research must be done ethically and not go against the other 4 missions.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
During WW2 and nearing the end of it, a certain group under the 4th Reich known as 'Obskuracorps' was trying to revive a God-like entity from a certain ritual called 'The Rite of Solomon'. It was known as 'Demiurge', it had multiple powers possible of ending the entirety of the human race and more...
At this period of the time the Allied Forces, made a group called the (Allied Occult Initiative, what UNGOC was called before). They had learnt info on this threat and met with the foundation who both worked together to take down the Obskuracorps, both were successful. All though the foundation has possibly made knowledge of this threat public to its own...

What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
I think GOC is completely different to both CI and Foundation, they have 5 main goals which the foundation has only 3 and CI only has 3 as well as far as I know, which shows how much work GOC is doing than both facilities. Not only that, they dont go through the hardship of just containing anomalies or weaponising them which can lead to mass murder instead they eliminate the threat which should have been done any so how. ( I mean whats the point of keeping a monster that destroys practically anything e.g. SCP 096.) It is a lot more simpler but at the same time makes them simple concepts into massive complex ideas which both foundation and CI dont do. Not only that, they dont immediately think of war as the action all the time whenever negotiations happen or someone is on surface is instant KOS or people just saying "cope".

Bahar Ali was brought up in a German Orphanage, both of his parents were both deceased, Father (German) and Mother (Iranian) was both killed during a anomalous accident in one of the German Sites owned by the SCP Foundation. Bahar Ali was enlisted into the German Army, which he had an extensive history inside, he had been apart of multiple missions and operations within the military which then he had decided to retire at the rank of MSGT. Germany was not a great place, lots of crime and warfare. He was intrigued to meet his Mother's Homeland which is when he requested to go to Iran as he was a citizen due to his mother's side. Iran was a fresh start, he was able to join a company within Iran which had connections to the military, after a year or two. Bahar had made it to be an Iranian Ambassador. In the time of being an Iranian Ambassador, he have had multiple interactions, one of which was unusual. During a inspection of his city, he had met a man in black. He seemed to be selling illegal weaponry and objects, he referred to them as SCPs. After, he was detained, we had interrogated him he had came from a place called "SCP Foundation" and that he was a merchant. He called himself a salesman the company he was from Martial and Carters. Of course the man was arrested, but ever since Bahar was frightened of these things called SCPs, what else could they do. Bahar had swore to protect his people from these things. During, a UNGOC mission (KTE-0481), Bahar had met UNGOC's Ambassadorial Team, the team had offered him a position in UNGOC. Bahar had thought long and hard and decided to go for it. Later then, he was accepted.
