What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make CCTV monitor filter either not black-and-white and/or less fuzzy.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The cameras are so laggy and painful to use, it's unreal. Part of this issue is that they're so laggy that most of the time, they will fail to switch from the orange "Identify" state to actually saying who someone is half the time. Given this is so commonly an issue, especially at high pop, I feel like it would make sense to make the camera quality itself a tad clearer by changing the filter effect applied to it, as at the very least, then, we can distinguish people's models a bit better and tell whether a grey blob we saw move on a camera had an E-11 uniform or a CI one.

- Makes the laggy-ass cameras a bit more usable.
- Makes the laggy-ass cameras a bit less painful to look at.
- Makes up for the laggy-ass cameras failing to identify people 90% of the time due to lag.
