Make certain chemicals effect only achievable by being injected

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would add the feature for certain high-value chemicals that instead of just drinking them and gaining the effect they would have to be injected directly into the bloodstream. This makes more sense from both a roleplay and combative balancing perspective, as in real life you would never drink a vaccine or most medicines they would be put into your blood stream via a drip or an injection. From a combative perspective this would remove people just being able to immediately drink chemicals making them have insane boosts. They would have to get someone to inject them and possibly wait a bit for the chemicals to have their effect. The chemicals that I think should have this effect are: NHU, Class C Amnestics+ and anima. This list may be edited to whatever content team desires.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not to my knowledge.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Combative Balancing.
- Improvement of medical roleplay.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- People who mass produce chemicals won't like.
- People who rely on chemicals during combat won't like.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
In my opinion this should be accepted because it will create more balanced combat situations and nerf people who stockpile chemicals to gain a combative advantage in a roleplay server.

Currently I'm against this, the current issue is that you cannot inject yourself so drinking the chem comes as the only mechanical move.

If there was a "self injection syringe" that could be gotten easily and only be used for self injection then I think this would be a very cool suggestion and I would support it. I think pulling out a syringe to need to inject yourself would be a small but noticeable affect on the use of combat chems + I would like the RP element of needing to inject some chems.
