Denied Make CI Jugg wearing hazmat suit failrp

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
When it comes to roleplay it's very unrealistic for CI Juggernaut to wear a hazmat suit, especially with the huge armor it carries RP Wise btw

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It will help preserve the roleplay and help the situation with the misuse of hazmat suit

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Can't think of one prob

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It helps the staff with the hazmat suit situation and SA (UK one) with the hazmat suit praise has there are numerous reports of people using hazmat suits to disguise themselves for the negative juggernaut won't be able to disguise as one making a bigger target for the foundation when it comes to raiding the facility

The juggernaut is given additional HP and armour to compensate for CI's lower numbers and is given a unique model to help identify it. The CI TB is given the same model as a Delta OP (I think) because you're not meant to be able to ID a TB until it's too late.

Juggernauts wearing a bio suit may remove armour but that's not as important as being able to identify a juggernaut. It falls under the same reason they can't use 914.

The jugg is supposed to be more noticeable and even with the armour loss 500 health is still enough to take on a lot of people and it just make sense as this seems like its on the line of jugg not being able to use 914.

when being shot at the hazmat suit cracks making it almost impossible to see you basically cant engage in any combat

2.18 Hazmat Suit Disguising - Hazmat Suits cannot be used as an alternative for disguising, e.g C.I using the Hazmat Suit as a disguise during a raid.
