What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Somehow make it so cortico always go to the bottom of a flask or vial so that you can easily use it instead of have to pull out 2 flasks or vials

Probably keep it above for certain powerful drugs, my interest in this is for y-blockers and other anti-memetics for tests on memetic hazards, and it would probably be useful for other tests that require a drug to last longer especially if its really hard and expensive to make.


Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

- This would make using cortico easier without then need of pulling out a second flask
- Allowing the creation of certain vial combinations that aren't possible at the moment because of cortico going above certain liquids


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

- Could make some chemicals too strong because of the ability to quickly drink cortico right after a useful chemical

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

Would be a nice QoL change that would speed up the usage of certain chemicals and avoid the unnecessary holstering and unholstering of multiple flasks just to prolong them with cortico especially since the ui is sometimes a bit delayed and with this all it would take would be pulling out a vial and drinking it.

There really isn't a reason for this not to be the case already. If I want to extend the duration of my speed chems all I do is a spend an extra 1-2 seconds dropping my other vial of cortico. Shaving off a couple seconds and saving inventory by only need 1 vial instead of 2 is the definiton of QoL...

...However I can see the issues posed by something like being able to drink 106 and cortico at the same time. Just teleport around the map for 2 minutes straight until someone finally kills you.

I want to be on 106 for as long as humanly possible. I would love to be on 106 for a like consecutive 24 hours. I'll do it.

Because some folks are gatekeeping this from you for absolutely no reason:

Certain chems very purposefully have incredible short (albeit powerful) effects fully intended for one-time use. Think of certain healing chems - or chems that have healing effects in addition to other effects like a one-time heal + speed - the list goes on. If you're into chems enough to make this suggestion, you're into chems enough to know which ones have effects like this.

Those chems could then have the potential to have their healing effects extended, whereas right now, it's virtually impossible to drink, drop, drink within the <1second timeframe of the specific chemical.

Additionally: You are probably imagining vials for a QoL change here. Lots of folks here will be imagining Flasks, because true "God Chems" are combinations made in flasks. You could then have your multiple-chem mixture ALL extended without even having to drop your flasks.

So to answer your questions: Yes, this would be a a QoL change at the end of the day. However, it would allow folks to drink their Cortico faster than they can now, potentially allowing extension of chemicals that currently can't really be extended.

That makes sense, I made this from seeing that anti-memetics go above cortico and they are super annoying to make, so i wanted tests with class-d to have a bigger timeframe to see if they're working
