What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
it would make raids and deep cover raids affect relations just like how they used to (excluding infils).
Possible Positives of the suggestion :
-foundation doesnt have to deal with 20+ person raids of GOC + CI working together
-makes more sense from a role play perspective as it makes sense for CI to raid but not much for GOC
-increased amount of infils makes it so GOC still get to raid often without affecting relations just not with CI
-no more 4 person deep covers
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-CI dont get to do 4 man deep covers anymore
-CI and GOC lose the ability to work together.
-GOC still get to raid less than before (however this is slightly offset by the fact that infils dont have NLR)
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
at the moment all GOC do is work with CI to conduct deep cover raids where they act a diet ci making deep cover raids almost impossible to deal with quickly due to sheer number of fakes. GOC this also give very little roleplay incentive because even if we catch them there is zero long term consequences in rp.
the ci vs foundation game play loop is heavily balanced around power on the ci part vs quantity on the foundations part so making it so GOC and CI can raid together with no effect to GOC relations is quite frankly bullshit because raids affecting relations before hand were what discouraged this kind of behavior
as a compromise i think it would be fair to make infils more common for GOC to make it so that GOC actually have the opportunity to pvp with foundation.
