What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[This suggestion makes it so 912 can talk using their voice instead of only the voice lines]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[A possible benefit would be enhanced 912 RP, as currently there is limit on what 912 can say, the current voice lines do not provide a response in every scenario, This would also promote 912 to be a more played SCP, currently mostly minges play it, but if 912 is able to talk over voice this could promote more experienced players to play 912]]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[This should be accepted, as this would promote actual 912 gameplay instead of just running into D block and smacking D class, currently mostly minges play 912, promoting more experienced players to RP as 912 could paint 912 in a better light]
