Denied Make it so there is a Foundation and GOC comms

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: I think there should be a comms channel for Foundation and GOC only. This will prevent metagame and overall would be a nice edition. It could be like /f-goc. In my opinion only Ethics/o5, Assistants, DEA, Nu7 and SA should be able to see these comms.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
No more metagame in ocomms
Better communication instead of having to type out /oc [F-GOC]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:None

if it was lore accurate, yes. CI was so secret that you didn't even know how to speak to them, that's part of the reason why communication between CI Cells is so dreadful, a CI cell in North America might not even be close to what a CI cell in Africa may be, in a matter of fact they might attack eachother. They may actually have totally different interests and you can't forget, the CI is a broad term for groups posed against the foundation.
