What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
The suggestion would make the Looting and Cooking Levels on your account instead of each character
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
there has not been a similar suggestion
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Encourages players to loot on civilian roles and spend more time on surface
Makes the LVL 30 items less of a grind to get to
encourages more cooking
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
LVL 30 items would probably be a lot more common removing some of the value
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe that this would overall just be a good quality of life update and would encourage more usage of the cooking and looting system for players
