What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Make keycards scale with MTF Ranking (excluding A1/O1) Example: A Nu7 LT flags onto marksman and keeps his CL4 card.]
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Makes jobs more efficient for Cl4's if the Cl4 job is full.
Allows Cl4 to still access bulkheads even if they have to swap to something like a biohazard (E11)]
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[CI can steal more cl4 cards easier]
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Its an overall QOL change that isn't too hard to add. Plus it doesn't make sense if a Cl4 flag sonto a different role but also retains their ranking (Cl4 swapping to operative if cl4 slots are full loses his CL4 card but retains the same authority) ]
