Make PD unfreezing unneeded props FailRP

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
You dont have to rebuild you base after every PD raid
Prevents PD minges spamming warrants and making it unplayable
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People can hide behind endless props

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion would prevent PD using warrants like exit or stuck to unfreeze every prop in your base

It's already FailRP to ram someone's base with the intention to destroy instead of gaining an easier access.

Thanks for taking the time to make a suggestion.

I'll be marking this as accepted considering this is already FailRP, if they aren't trying to get in and are just aiming to destroy your base. You can counteract PD ramming props that you don't want them to by using the weld tool.

This will now be locked, moved, and marked as accepted.​
