Make SCPs not hackable at 50-60 players.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion will be about changing a few things in game such as SCPs not being able to be hacked out at around 50-60 players, mainly by D-Class and SCP 035.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
To my knowledge, no.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2)
Server health not declining when a few D-Class escape and try to hack out SCPs
Again, server health not declining due to 035 hacking out many SCPs during low pop
Allows RP to continue

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None that I can think of. Please comment any you see.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
During low pop in the UK server, a ton of D-Class always use 914 to disguise themselves and then go around hacking out their friends or people who are on SCPs which tend to make server health decline a lot, and most of the time breaches impossible to re-contain due to lower levelled players unable to get containment beams so their only hope is to leave the server.

And when there is some combatives on, making it impossible to try to contain SCPs such as Type Green due to just being instantly killed and time for him to get off cooldown. I believe overall this suggestion would increase server health and allow rp to continue without D-Class trying to hack out every single SCP.

Honestly i agree it is very frustating for 1 person to contain an entire breach
Edit:
Look i also agree to maybe putting the lights on a player limit as it also affect's players health in actively being on so it being on like 25-50 aswell i know could boost people wanting to be on past midnights hours

With the whole lack of E-11 activity, hacking attempts will be a lot harder to call out especially during lowpop. There's a chance there's no E-11 or lesser skilled E-11 that won't call it out or understand what it means. This means oftentimes it's very easy for a DC, d-class or 035 to breach 5 SCPs with little to no resistance. This will probably cause a lowpop code black with most likely nobody to call ERT or nuke, halting all the RP that could be happening for a very long time. This negates this, and is without a doubt a great suggestion.
